A Travel Adventure to Spain and Morocco

Explore Southern Spain and Morocco: A Journey Across Time and Culture June 15 to 29, 2025 Visit nmhsummer.org for more information.

On NMH Summer Explorers’ two-week trip to southern Spain and Morocco, you’ll explore culture and history while sharpening your language and adventure skills.

From the vibrant streets of Sevilla to the stunning landscapes of Morocco, you’ll experience the region’s rich blend of Berber, Arab, and Moorish influences.

You’ll attend daily Spanish classes, tailored to all abilities, and explore the rich histories and artistic traditions of Spain and Morocco through visits to landmarks and historical and artistic sites. You’ll learn about local culture, food, and arts through fun activities, from surfing and hiking to cooking classes and music sessions to flamenco lessons. In your free time, you’ll explore the cobblestone streets of historic cities and relax on the pristine beaches of Spain and Morocco.

Along the way, you’ll build critical global citizenship skills and cultural awareness and develop the confidence and independence that will prepare you for college and beyond.

Students will stay with host families and in guest houses and will be supervised and supported by NMH Summer educators, as well as experienced guides from our partner organization, Gogi Abroad.

Your program fee will cover in-country transportation, accommodations, meals, guided tours, language lessons and workshops, activities, and cultural events.
