Hevea is a term of rubber trees. This project is a cross-culture of agricultures, technologies and human about creating a new source of bio-rubber which is the palm-rubber by using the existing resources provided at Sitiawan, Perak. The core program of Hevea is a Palm-rubber Research Lab while the supportive programs are the plant incubator and rec centre. It is also a rec centre for the communities that staying nearby by providing them the public amenities. By introducing the new technologies to the site, it is to provide the job opportunities to the youngsters who are working away from the hometown as well as the locals because most of them are not having a stable incomes especially during this pandemic. Furthermore, it is also providing an afterschool program which allows the kids to build up the interest, creativity and innovative since young. Hence, Hevea is brought to Sitiawan to improve the social lifestyles and economic aspects.
