Sentul Depot, the most precious and historical architecture in Malaysia. It used to be the finest railway workshops in the world and an engineering workshops storage area for steam and diesel locomotives and railway cars. It was fully constructed in 1905 which a 18,850 sqm. Unfortunately, it was boomed during WW2 and couldn’t return to those glory days after the restoration. The building was then abandoned till YTL Developer owned it. A new performing art centre, Arthaus, a new adaptive architecture building to Sentul Depot. Arthaus are designed to provide functions at every corners of the buildings. There are few programs happen in the building - an arena theatre (semi-indoor performing stage with a proper theatre design), some facilities provided for the informal performances such as the outdoor performing area, moving performance box and the event space. Arthaus serves academic purposes by providing music and dance studio as well as the facilities to the students from the nearby education centres.
