NLG - Navigazione Libera del Golfo, For more than 80 years has been offering connections between the ports of the Neapolitan riviera, specially with the wonderfull Capri island, the sorrentine peninsula and the Amalfi coast as well as for the Tremiti islands in the Adriatic sea and the Pontine islands.The company is currently managed by an historical sorrentine family of ancient maritime traditions dating from the 17th to 18th centuries. The more recent company history bigins in 1953. In 1981 with NLG Navigazione Libera del Golfo Ltd. began a deep transformation of the fleet. Since then, the fleet of traditional ferries has been completely renewed and 11 high speed crafts, capable af carrying between 300 and 550 passangers around the entire gulf of Napels and Salerno, several times per day, forming a complex network of connections that carry yearly around 1.7 million people, tourists and locals. Now Nlg has decided to expand its activities from the current pure transport services to the leisure sector, by launching a “cruising & events” division . To this effect, the complete refitting of the"Patrìzia" has been completed and this old vessel has become a fantastic motor yacht, which will be used for day cruises and for special events at sea , in the magical scenery of our Region. Alongside the Patrizia, which is marketed on fixed scheduled tours, the alternatives are provided for private tours, adjustable at the costumers requests.Two splendid yachts , visible in the folder, complete and enhance the servìce offering. Far those who need to feel the speed, 30 knots or more, a very fast motor boat is also available so to reach any port and bring you back in time. So, please join us, allow us to share with you and your family the natural wonders from our Gulf, in a relaxed environment filled only with courtesy and friendliness, which our people are well known for. Program: Departure from Naples in the afternoon sailing along the coastline, admiring the city skyline from the sea.There will be a welcome drink on board and a salad bar/buffet while sailing towards Capri. Arriving in Capri we will pass the Punta Carena and the green cave. After that we will have a relaxing stop and a swim at Marina Piccola, surrounded by beautiful yachts and with the Faraglioni rocks in the background.The tour will continue passing Villa Malaparte, the white cave, the Tiberius cliff, Ieranto bay, Nerano, the Bay of Dreams, Isca island, Positano and the Galli Islands.We will stop for another swim in the crystal-clear water of the islands admiring the unique view of the Amalfi coast.We will be making our journey back to Naples in the late afternoon passing through the Capri channel and Punta Campanella marine reserve.While sailing back you will enjoy a typical liqueurs and Neapolitan pastry tasting.
