"The three-story apartment project is designed to cater to single parents who are also students, seamlessly blending urban excitement with natural serenity. The thoughtfully planned floor layout maximizes natural light, creating a vibrant and open atmosphere. Each space is curated to engage the senses, from the calming sound of a rainwater waterfall to delightful scents infused throughout The lower floor is dedicated to childrens needs and doubles as a guest room, with advanced security measures in place for safety. Residents enjoy a strong sense of community in well-designed common areas, fostering connections and relationships This project offers more than just living space it provides a transformative environment where city life meets tranquility, prioritizing residents' well-being and creating a fulfilling place to call dwell "

"My model brings the concept to life by showcasing the central design features: the carefully crafted stairs and the mesmerizing indoor rainfall These elements not only serve functional purposes but also create a unique sensory experience, blending movement and tranquility Together, they embody the harmony of urban excitement and natural serenity, offering a glimpse into a living environment designed to inspire, nurture, and uplift its residents."

CaseStudy:LinearHousebyPatkau

The parti of Linear House is also quite clear Its long-drawn, linear shape is not merely a design statement but a reaction to the site and practical requirements. This arrangement of spaces influences where and how people’s activities take place by providing an axis along the length of the house and bringing indoors and outdoors together. Also in the case of the Linear House, the partis penetrates the environment, preventing isolation of the occupants, while regulating the manner of how occupants interact with the environment. It shows that how does a parti create a ‘narrative’ around function through structure, and how is it through geography that behavior and the experience is synthesized

The Linear House by Patkau Architects features a streamlined design that emphasizes circulation and sightlines Its elongated form creates a clear pathway, enhancing movement and maximizing natural light Strategic window placements frame views of the landscape, fostering a harmonious connection between interior spaces and the outdoors

FoldForm Studio

Designed for young people aged 19–26, the vibrant Vibe Arts Visual Art Studio combines community involvement, adaptability, and creativity. Inspired by the folding mechanics of paper, the design transforms its modularity and flexibility into an interior idea. Fundamentally, the studio combines ideas: off-angle walls, tectonic geometry, a double-wall system, and flaps that become useful spatial elements. Emphasizing modularity while keeping a clean, open look, the double-wall system combines hidden storage available just from the wallfacing side of furniture Embedded in the walls, flaps become functional divisions that allow for flexible areas for learning, creation, or exhibition of art While the deliberately imperfect, off-angle walls honor the creative process as one of inquiry and transformation, tectonic geometry offers a disciplined but dynamic visual language. The outcome is a multifunctional area where furniture and walls cooperate to provide smooth transitions between several layouts. The studio responds to the needs of its audience, encouraging uniqueness, teamwork, and community connection. It is more than just a studio; it s a living space that changes with its occupants to honor innovation as a dynamic experience shared.

Plasterof Paris

The two collages in this project are a deliberate fusion of design and artistic approaches, with spiral shapes complementing scans of plaster blocks. These collages visually describe the evolution of interiors as they move from mere architecture to a living environment filled with furniture, relics and human presence Collages precisely map the interaction of solids and cavities in the interior landscape, applying the principles of orthographic projection. Guided by the spirals, the viewer goes on a smooth journey through the collages, encountering nuanced relationships and spatial dynamics. Thus, the essence of the original plaster blocks is captured and a new meaning and narrative depth is injected into it through a set of poetic images

Piece 1 and 2 Orthographic Mapping

Piece 3 and 4 Orthographic Mapping

In this project, my aim was to present my most fascinating blocks in a well-organized manner. The left side of my scaffold is dedicated to blocks with mirroring relationships. The central block connects not only with the left side but also extends its connection to the right side and its blocks On the right, I illustrated the relationship between blocks and voids, emphasizing their interconnectivity. Initially using a grid for scaffold organization, I later simplified and abstracted it for a subtler presence, while subtly incorporating gold colour This ensured my project s cohesive appearance alongside creative exploration.

Effect ve classroom des gn requ res carefu attention to acoustic considerat ons to create an environment conduc ve to earning The ceil ng des gn proposed for Room 318 addresses key acoustic challenges, enhancing speech ntell g bil ty and min mizing disruptive noise

C assrooms demand optimal reverberation control to prior t ze vocal c ar ty Accord ng to the lecture notes, ideal reverberation t me (RT) for classrooms is 0 4–0 6 seconds The proposed des gn incorporates soundabsorbing elements such as recessed ceiling lamps and acoustic panels w th h gh No se Reduct on Coeff c ents (NRC) These mater a s m nimize sound reflection and mprove absorption, part cularly beneficial in reduc ng echo and controlling ambient no se from HVAC systems and externa sources

To address sound distribution the inclusion of track lighting with spot adjustments adds a funct onal ayer by ensuring even lum nat on while complementing acoustic diffusers Additionally, the use of wooden beams not only provides structural support but also acts as an aesthetic e ement, breaking up sound waves and reducing echoes Smoke detectors and other ceil ng fixtures are integrated seamlessly without compromising acoust c ntegrity

Susta nabi ty is considered by integrating eco-fr endly materials where poss ble, support ng both functiona ity and env ronmenta goals The acoustic design s success depends on precise implementation, including test ng RT and verifying material NRC ratings to ensure performance a gns with design intent

By integrating these solut ons the design enhances speech clarity, reduces reverberation and m nimizes externa no se interference This approach supports a productive and comfortable earning space, al gning with best pract ces in acoustic design
