Every Nitron shock is hand-built using high quality precision components. Each component has undergone an extensive and rigorous design and development program to ensure optimum performance and is manufactured from the best possible materials to withstand years of environmental attack. This allows us to guarantee our shocks with a 5-year limited* warranty. Nitron shocks are designed using a modular system which allows maximum flexibility
throughout the development of each application. This modular design also allows our products to be 100% serviceable. A Nitron service is unlike many others, with every shock being returned in an ‘as new’ technical condition. Nitron replace all of the critical components: fluids, gas, seals, bushes and shims. NTR-R3 Offers 3-Way independent damping adjustment. The R3 is intended for the most demanding of riders. The piggyback or remote reservoir allows for quick and simple independent adjustment of rebound, high-speed and lowspeed compression damping. The large range of adjustment and quality of feedback allows the experienced rider to fully exploit the potential of their bike.
NTR-R2 Offers 2-Way independent damping adjustment. This is for the rider that wants that extra adjustment. Piggyback or remote reservoir allows for simple, independent adjustment of compression and rebound damping. Unbeatable performance and flexibility at a surprisingly realistic price.
NTR-R1 Offers unrivalled performance and value with a design that gives riders a wide range of effective 2-Way combined damping that is easy to use. Developed from our full race suspension and sharing many components with the R3 system, the R1 offers exceptional fade-resistant performance, reliability and value for both road and track use without the need for a remote canister.
HYDRAULIC PRELOAD ADJUSTER Hydraulic preload adjusters (HPAs) are available for most of our shocks. The HPA allows for simple and immediate adjustment of preload without the need for any tools. This system eliminates the time and effort usually associated with dynamic changes in the motorcycle’s attitude when adapting to ride with a pillion or luggage.
NTR-R1 & R3 TWIN SHOCKS NTR technology packed into a twinshock format represents the best package for twinshock bikes you can buy. Using the same materials, finishes and production techniques as the larger NTR shocks, they are available for a huge range of bikes. You may choose a Classic or Stealth shock theme and spring colour, in either the R1 for simplicity of use or the R3 with a huge range of adjustment for those seeking the perfect individual set-up or the winning lap time.
TVT FORK CARTRIDGE Developed primarily to compliment and work with Nitron NTR shock upgrades, TVT Cartridge Kits offer the same level of improvements in rider control, performance and comfort that have become the trademark of the Nitron product. The system features a large bore piston which provides significant improvements in performance over the OEM set up and ensures consistency during prolonged periods of use. All vital components are hard-anodised with the option to specify ultra-low friction Kashima coating if desired (TVT Pro). The damping control system consists of an adjustable compression cartridge for installation into the left fork leg and an adjustable rebound cartridge for the right fork leg. Both offer independent damping and pre-load adjustment via the uniquely styled fork top caps. In addition to this, a key feature of the TVT Fork Cartridge Kit is the third high speed damping valve incorporated into the compression cartridge. This valve is pre-set to react to high-speed, hard-edge bumps which would normally unsettle even a well-damped set up especially when combined with hard braking and cornering forces. The result is a balance of performance, stability and compliance which give very high levels of rider confidence and ultimate control.
NTF-43 TVT FORKS NTF-43 TVT Forks are intended for use with conventional (right way up) 43mm front forks. Aimed at the classic racer, restorer or custom builder who will be able to fabricate or source spindle adaptors, brake caliper brackets and mud guard mounts with 3 length options available, 770, 800 & 815mm. The lower fork legs are manufactured from high specification fully machined aluminium, finished with a heavy-duty black anodised finish. The stanchions are made from high-precision seamless steel tube which has a super-smooth hard chrome plate finish. For the complete ‘stealth’ look, a fully black fork with a DLC coating on the stanchions is available at an extra cost.
SPRINGS
Nitron offer a comprehensive range of 2.25” and 1.9” internal diameter springs. By using ultimate quality chrome silicone steel and high precision manufacturing techniques, all Nitron springs are designed to ensure that optimum travel, high performance, and rate consistency is achieved.
