Housing requirements for communities that are impermanent. A sense of co-living based on students and professionals, individuals, and families, and cater to their LIVE + WORK + PLAY NETWORK.

Uplift is a mixed-use building that includes housing as well as retail space and underground parking. The contemporary architectural design breaks down the bulk, typical of most housing projects by alternating between residential and open spaces in the structure. Rather than building one massive, imposing facade, two distinct volumes emerge along, both of them catering to different types of users.

The project will provide affordable housing offered at below market rates to students and professionals in addition to ac ademic, commercial, and public functions. Located within minutes of a college campus, the project offers a new ap proach to growth: blurring the boundary and embedding academic life. The units are a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and live-work foorplans

The centre will follow an alternative system of education based on Gandhian philosophy – “ Sarvodya” - that aims in the spherical development of the individual, society and nation.

Kondhane is a small village/ hamlet in karjat taluka in raigad district of maharashtra state, India. It comes under Kondhane panchayat and belongs to konkan region. It is located 67Km towards east from district head quarters- Alibaug. The local tribe was katkari tribe who were historically forest dwellers. Local language is Marathi.
