CONCLUSION
I had chosen yoga as my passion, aiming to master some aspects of yoga and use it to improve my health. I am happy to have reached my goal and have used this learning to improve my health and self-care. I believe that ‘whatever your mind can conceive, your body can achieve’. This learning will stay with me life-long.
Yoga has its origin in India but has now become a global phenomenon. It is directly connected to my culture, which I’m proud of. There are several benefits of yoga which are scientifically proved. It is not limited to any religion, country, gender, age, etc. It is for everyone. When practiced regularly along with breathing, meditation, and relaxation, it improves your stamina, flexibility, balance, immunity, attention span, memory, recovery from injuries, reduces stress and keeps you happy. It promotes self-care, as it completely transforms your mind and body.

My aim is to inspire and encourage others, especially the youngsters and those who have medical difficulties to try yoga to reap its benefits. Once you try it, I’m sure that you would find a positive difference as it did to me and make yoga a part of your healthy lifestyle.
