This is an updated version of Project 9G proposal since inception in 2016 sent to the Federal Government of Nigeria in November, 2023. Project 9G proposal among other things is mainly about the political debut platform in honor of “Sir Balewa” from the creative aspect of the “title” to the political position of the appointment of “Prime Minister of Nigeria” in the Cabinet Ministerial position. However, p9gP has been in existence before the proposed bill seeking to once again change the system of government in Nigeria from presidential to parliamentary (2024) by about sixty Honorable members of the House of Representatives. The use of names of persons, place or things in Project 9G as a scepter of national importance and in p9gP is entirely fictional. debut the world of art, exhibitions, recreation and interior decoration. The second projection of Project 9G is basically a book; a play about Naija Kingdom‟s projection of Nigeria, as a super power. The play titled, 9G: Symbol of Authority; 9G:SOA debut the academic space and the world of stage performance. The third projection appears to be the first ever adaptation of 9G: “SOA" based on yet another version of a scepter motion called Monumental Metro-Movie, 9G:NMM also debut the world of art, exhibitions, recreation and interior decoration. After 9G: Nmm, Project 9G movie adaptation in the fourth projection appears to be the second adaptation of 9G:SOA.

Interestingly, Project 9G scepters such as 9G: Nmm like 9G: Sm including the book, 9G: SOA and the movie adaptation based on same title are categorized as symbols of authority, “SOA". Among other innovative and inspiring projections, P9G in the fifth projection is not only designed to only serve as a scepter of youthful inclusive leadership and governance but, indeed a scepter for good national orientation. To further honor the posthumous legacy of “Sir Balewa” of blessed memory. Based on the appointment of the Author, Curator and Producer of Project 9G; also addressed as the“Second Inaugural Prime Minister of Naija Kingdom” purposeful appointment into the Cabinet Ministerial position as officially the“Prime Minister of Nigeria” ; and further bridge the gap in youthful inclusive leadership and governance in Nigeria.

In the sixth projection, Project 9G movie adaptation based on the play 9G:SOA is structured to educate, entertain, inspire, motivate and preserves Nigeria’s rich historical and cultural precedence. The seventh and final projection is to set up Niroy Gabtec Eginira institute of discipline, leadership and governance named after the kingdom in the play called “Naija Kingdom” capable of nurturing fellow Eginiran's passionate about nation building. Following Project 9G decoration of the title ‘The Second Inaugural Prime Minister of Naija Kingdom’ on the Author, Curator and Producer of Project 9G’ s appointment into the Cabinet Ministerial position as “The Prime Minister of Nigeria ”. The proposed institute shall function as an agency, commission or ministry of Government.

2. NAIJA KINGDOM

Fellow Eginirans fondly refer to “Nigeria” likewise depicted in the play as “Naija Kingdom” or Naija Kingdom Eginira. The proposed institute of Naija Kingdom named after the kingdom of Naija in the play is designed with a central controlling unit called Niroy Gabtec Eginira and micro-managed by an Art, Culture and Entertainment venture, called ChikeTEGAbiakam. A developing institute all the way from Eginira to Naija based on the theme, Make Naija a Super Power (Mnasp) capable of nurturing a community of fellow Eginiran‟ s passionate about nation building and bridging the gap in youthful inclusive leadership and governance.

AQuintessential African dramatic play made up of and 8G; each made up of two acts with a total of six act and seven chapters based on event that shaped Eginran‟ s progression of Naija . The three parts are each

A play made up of eponymous and historical personae formed with great exposition, deus ex machina, peripeteia and proscenium arch.

Brief Synopsis of the Play

A play about the event of Naija‟ s supposedly colony named after Emperor Niroy Gabtec called “Eginira”. Naija Kingdom of Eginira as a potential super power first needed to be reinstated as Brobdingnagian in other to rise and become a world power. The story evolves from within the first Emperor‟s pioneering feudal law and control system to Prime Naija Ninja‟s Council largely made up of Prime Naija Custodians. Both Prime Naija Ninja‟s, fellow Naija Ninja‟s; and of course, fellow Eginirans had to battle the conflicting task of defeating emanating principal elements known as nine rouge ninja‟s beastly forces such as Rupicotron, Bled Bale, Luctism, Sense Ls Laws, Balitrism, Electrong, Thrafedogism, Dr Auf & Nigruscene seek to destroy the kingdom The emperor‟ s pioneering feudal law and control system from Eginira to Naija: To which the Prime Naija Custodian‟s climbed on top of the situation and hijacked the whole possible fellow Eginiran agitation turning into serious protest gearing to enter a revolution and cause the kingdom to disintegrate. The Prime Naija Custodian‟s hijacked the struggle and took-over power through the defeat of fellow Naija-Ninja‟s fighting to protect the emperor‟s feudal control system despite the emanating presence of the beastly forces. It was actually during the said raw when turned the other way spills war. The kingdom experienced the first invasion of nine principal elements known as rouge ninja beastly forces, rnbf. Instead of a government formed on behalf of fellow Eginiran‟s after the battle, subsequent rnbf invasion led to the first Prime Naija Ninja‟s Government, PNNG and thereafter the supposed first fellow Eginiran government, FNG; along subsequent Pnng during the course of the kingdom‟ s development. The supposedly impossible tasks remain the kingdom‟s only chance of survival from Naija to Eginira. Will fellow Eginiran‟ s seen as supreme defenders of the kingdom leave this almost impossible task of defeating the shackles of rnbf to Prime Naija Custodian‟s and fellow Naija Ninja‟s alone or would they rather take-over the helm of affairs and fulfill the mandate of MNASP? To save Eginira is to further develop Naija as they are indistinguishable.

TDramatic Persona's

he development of the thirty seven “Prime Naija Custodians" in the play are inspired based on the names of states in the federation. A similar approach in crafting the setting of the play, where the development of Naija Kingdom was largely through the consciousness of the names, states, zones and region along with the slogan of each state in Nigeria. The name of the first Emperor “Niroy Gabtec” also contains letters that spell “Nigeria”. The names of the sixteen other noble fellow Eginiran‟ s are one of the finest depictions to come out of Nollywood with the likes of few Nigerian statesmen such as Sir Balewa ~ Lebawa, President Buhari ~ Rabihu, President Tinubu ~ Nibutu etc. Notwithstanding, the thirty seven Prime Naija Custodians are equal in every way and are

from different areas of the kingdom. A precise portrayal of the thirty seven Prime Naija Custodians, PNC is that they are all facially identical.

Formation of working title

The first ever prototype of P9G titled ‘960’happens to chronicles the events before and after amalgamation of the protectorates. A couple of years after Nigeria attained her independence in low time the nation was plunged into a civil war. Thereafter curtain falls and the Civil-war came to an end.

In the second draft, Project 9G had convincingly adopted series of events of the past and future past titled, “9G: Sceptre Motion". The third draft of the story experienced a transcendental shift from Project 9G manuscript to movie script based on the adaptation of a futuristic post-modern Nigeria beyond 2023. The movie script happens to be an adaptation of Project 9G book: a play titled, 9G: Symbol of Authority based on events surrounding literally the first colony of Nigeria called “Naija Kingdom Eginira” projection of Nigeria as the next super power. Unfortunately, the nine shackles of beastly forces appear to have plunged the progress of Nigeria as the mother country. In the case of Naija Kingdom’s depiction of Nigeria in the play, Prime Naija Custodian’s in the spirit of fellow Eginiran's had to trump the shackles of rnbf to see the light of the day.

Treatment

The central theme of the play showcases the importance of unity with faith, peace and the progressive task of defeating rouge ninja's beastly forces “rnbf" and make the kingdom a super power. The highly significant title “9G”coined from the name “Nigeria" or given the number ‘9’also symbolizes the kingdom’s Pnc reverence of Fng defeat of nine rouge ninja's–beastly forces to become a super power. The title “9G” though not associated with any telecommunications industry, especially following generations of mobile networks like “2G", “3G", “4G" and presently “5G" with “6G “in view. A Philologist must imagine, since these networks have been established automatically makes probably everyone to believe that one after the other, 7G and 8G are the next to launch. Perhaps it may largely be dependent on the success of Artificial

9G: SOA; a quintessential historic play inspired by events of both the past and present future in Nigeria. A symbolic depiction of Nigeria as Naija Kingdom in the play showcases the importance of unity with faith, peace and progress in Nigeria. The Prime Naija Custodians of Naija Kingdom had to defeat the shackles of rouge ninja's beastly forces to make the kingdom a Super Power. According to the depiction of President Tinubu (2023) in the play as fellow Eginiran Nibutu“Nigeria, i.e., Naija Kingdom though made up of diverse characters of equal status, living under one roof but in different rooms ”

Interestingly the story inspired by events set back in time and in present future past using CGI effect with good lightning help depict Naija Kingdom Eginira as a futuristic post-modern Nigerian colony entirely set with realistic details and the use of hybrid cameras such as Black Magic, Red or Ari Alexia monument each frame. As principal photography with intentions to literary showcase a postmodern Nigerian colony transverse a period between past, present and the future past may last a full month.

The use of sound tracks inspired by some of the music made by Baba Fela, Rex Lawson, Ebenezer Obey, Dr. Osadebe, Dr. Victor, Sir Victor, Asake, Burna Boy, Simi etc may be crucial as to the use of music in doing justice to the story. Along with crucial action sounds like battlefield sounds, monsters in the closet sounds, Air raids, modes and signature sounds. The use of different conventional camera recording angles like close up, protest, tight medium including over the shoulder, pyramid, POV, second perspective, retrospective and wide angle. Immortalize characters including details of information such as facial expressions, symbolic representation, name tags and the use of language etc. Also, the use of over head shots, tracking, zooming, panning and even cut away also help put things in perspective further integrates the film.

The use of good lightning based on the depiction of Nigeria as a super power help demystify things about the story and unwinding key elements such as reality vs fantasy, fiction vs nonfiction etc. Good Lightning helps enhance the background texture of theme green vs white. The use of trace light helps get the feel of one moment in green background and the other in white and back again to green background envisaged in numerous scenes. Some props include coat of arms, portraits, wall clocks, posters, banners, Nigerian flags, both past and present anthem, telephones, pocket and normal camera's, radios, television, guns etc. Though animations will be used to model war battle scenes including, detached (military trucks, horses, airplanes and trains etc).

The characters have only three major costumes such as a design similar to the uniform put on by men of the force. The other two are a green senator outfit overall separate from a white senator outfit. Both designs carry a follow come name tag that help demystify each character. Costumes also include the Nigerian agbada attire along other special props like barrette, caps and hats etc.

Actors suitable to play almost all the characters in the story are very much characters between 18 – 61 years of age. The type of Actors scheduled to play the focus role of 37 characters are of the same age group. The characters on the cast list, only about five female characters are needed. Actors envisaged to fit into some of the roles are the likes of the award-winning Actor Sambasa Nzeribe, Stan Nze, Jamima Osunde, Falz The Bahd Guy, Tobi Bakare, Rotimi Salami, Ilebaye winner of BB Naija season 8, Erica of BB Naija season 5 etc and among other upcoming actors.

The fellow Eginiran high performance artist and diplomat bearing a name, contains the necessary letters that spells the name “Nigeria” . The fellow Eginiran was born around 7pm on 24th of October, 1989 during the administration of IBB as the President of Nigeria and Thatcher as the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. That same year, US President Reagan handed over power to President Bush. However, the handsome attractive, sexy, high-performance artist and God fearing fellow Eginiran from a family of ten, seven male fellow Eginiran's and three female fellow Eginiran's. The fellow Eginiran as well older to two male and two female fellow Eginiran's happens to be the 6th child overall of his father and the 1st child of his mother. Five fellow Eginirans, four male and one female are older than the fellow Eginiran in question

Since Nigeria is made up of diverse tribes from different regions and zones. One can say the fellow Eginiran in question is comfortably from two geo-political zones. The fellow Eginiran is paternally from the Light of the Nation also known as Home for all located in the Eastern part of Nigeria and maternally from Treasure Base of the Nation also known as Garden city located in the Southern part of Nigeria. Giving the fellow Eginiran had lived back to back in the Center of Excellence in SouthWestern Nigeria for more than twelve years. One can conclude that the fellow Eginiran is also technically from the South-West zone. In addition, according to the play the fellow Eginiran is not only in love with the sceptre area called "Pearl of Tourism" but very much behaves like an HausaFulani from the Northern part of Nigeria. The fellow Eginiran brothers, sisters and virtually all members of his immediate family including his father‟ s full name contain the necessary letters that spell “Nigeria”

The fellow Eginiran High Performance Artist: Author, Curator, Producer of Project 9G, Convener, MNASP and YILAG at a very tender age undergone a presidential historian internship based on passion for nation building. The fellow Eginiran time and date of birth around 7pm, 24/10/1989 is highly symbolic. The month of October happens to be the 10th month of the year, equals 10 members of the fellow Eginiran family. The number “7” ~ “G” and the initial letters “PM” means Prime Minister: {PM} 2+4 = “6”, 1+9 = “10” mf & “9”, 1-8 = “7”, {7 ~ G} 9 + G = “9G” .

Project 9G of national importance experienced critical development in 2022: 2+2+2= 6. The symbolic title detach ‘9’from G convert 9 ~ I & G ~ 7: (I7, 97, IG, G6, and G9) = “9G” . The symbolic decoration of EIB title “SIPMON” of Project 9G from 2016 & 2022 is further based on the following discovery: Volodymr Zelenskyy born 25th January 1978 is an Actor, Comedian, Lawyer and the 6th President of Ukraine. Prior to becoming the President of Ukraine, Volodymr formed a production company called “Kvartal 95 studio”. Volodymr created, produced and acted the major role in a political satire comedy TV series called "Servant of the People" and thereafter a feature movie based on the same title: “Servant of the People 2” ; 2+5 = “7”/”9”, 1+8-5 = (4). 9 + 7 ~ [G] = “9G".

Volodymr played the lead role as a “President” in the movie franchise “Servant of the People 2” directed by Aleksey Kiryushchenko and released on 25th December 2016. In reality, Volodymr went on to become the President of Ukraine: 2 + 5 = “7”. 2+1+6 = “9”: 9 + 7 ~ G = “9G".

The debut political party in Ukraine named after Volodymr's movie title “Servant of the People” appears to be a Liberal, Centrist, Pro-European Political Party with the symbolic “Green” color

Volodymr‟s role in the “Servant of the People” franchise largely enabled him win the election in Ukraine in 2019: 1+2 = “3”; 1+ 2 + “9”. Denys Shmyhal born 15th October 1975 is the 18th Prime Minister of Ukraine: 1+ 5 = 6 + 1= 7. 1+5 = 6, 1+8 = 9, “9” + “7” = “9G". The similarity between the fellow Eginiran Actor, Film maker among other things decorated with the title of Sipmon and President Zelenskyy with President Reagan is highly symbolic. The second female fellow Eginiran sister and the 9th member of the fellow Eginiran family became a Physician in Ukraine: 2 + 9 = 1+1 = [2].

The United Kingdom’ s royal family since GEORGE V and abdication of EDWARD VIII following a line of succession based on Project 9G symbolic EIB decoration of Sipmon in retrospect the reign of GEORGE VI, ELIZABETH II to CHARLES III = “GEC” . The United Kingdom appears to be the mother country of Nigeria. In the play, “Naija” appears to be the mother kingdom of Eginira. “Nigeria” however is depicted in the play as Naija Kingdom Eginira. Given that, the fellow Eginiran in question is a “Philologist” , “Convener MNASP”, Author, Curator and Producer of Project 9G with passion for nation building finds the value of “G” from Eginira to Naija. Based on the decoration of the title “SIPMON” ; “GEC” with the initial precedence of letter “G” instead of “E” and “C” in a typical lexical position with high value in contrast to E and G. In both cases, “G” in the initial position in line with the name of the predecessor King “G” to Queen “E” and Prince “C”. 5. HISTORICAL PRECEDENCE

In the first republic administration, Nigeria was a practicing parliamentary/semi-presidential system of government; where the President is Head of State and Prime Minister as Head of Government. A military coup ushered in an occupation of military rule and invariably led to the unscrupulous fall of the first republic.

The question remains, was any office formally abolished due to the fall of the republic caused by military insurrection at the time. A Philologist response to that would be because the republic fell as a result of military coup, doesn’ t mean it led to the abolishment of any political position. Even with the change from parliamentary to presidential system clearly shows the adoption of a presidential system, where the President is both Head of State and Government, along with judicial reform and a Bi-cameral legislature as pretty much the same in today’s Nigeria. Since military rule is not another democratic or dramatic system of government and therefore categorized as an unconstitutional form of government. Again, a Philologist would argue that, it was the republic that was abolished and not necessary any government political position. A Philologist can logically conclude that the Office of Prime Minister like the President, Vice President or any other political position hasn't really been abolished due to the obstruction of military rule. But for the event that shaped the period after the fall of the first republic and since 1979 to (1999) constitution as amended, Nigeria had since been under a presidential system of government.

In most parliamentary system of government, a King, Queen or President most often occupies the position of Head of State and commonly referred to as Prime Minister, Chancellor or Premier occupies the position of Head of Government. Examples of such countries are the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New-Zealand, India and a couple of other countries. Whereby a presidential system particularly countries with practicing democracy the President, King, Queen or even Premier occupies the position of both Head of State and Government. Examples of such countries are the United States, Uganda, Kenya, Philippines, Nigeria and many others. Rarely to elect or rather often by appointment as Prime Minister, Chancellor or perhaps Premier in-charge of some government functions in a parliamentary, semi-presidential or presidential system. Some examples of a presidential/semipresidential or even presidential/semi-parliamentary/unitary system mostly based in Africa are countries such as Uganda, Rwanda, Mozambique, Equatorial Guinea, Zimbabwe, Chad and many others. Most countries thus have a President/Vice President as Head of both State and Government, along with other members within the three arms of government, as well as an appointed Prime Minister in-charge of some government commissions and agencies. Among other infamous precedence, here are two events staged in East Africa:

a) RepublicofKenya.

Until the election that brought in Sir Jomo Kenyatta as President of the great country of Kenya. Project 9G research shows Kenya on two occasions have had two Prime Minister's. Sir, Jomo Kenyatta served as the first Prime Minister and later on became a President. Following a power sharing agreement Sir Ralia Odinga became the second Prime Minister of Kenya before the office was once again abolished.

b) RepublicofUganda.

The republic of Uganda attained her independence on the 9th of October 1962. Sir Apollo Milton Obote before he became the second President of Uganda. Like the Author, Curator and Producer of Project 9G or even Sir Balewa of Nigeria, served as the Second Prime Minister of Uganda before the position was abolished (1962 – 1966).

She happens to be the first female to be appointed into such position.

6. OFFICE OF PRIME MINISTER

The office of Prime Minister based on appointment like every other minister of the federation should last the duration of the President four-year term in office. The office of Prime Minister of Nigeria in the Cabinet Ministerial position tailored to bridge the gap in youthful inclusive leadership and governance, nurturing young fellow Eginiran’s passionate about nation building. The term limit of an appointed Prime Minister of Nigeria shouldn’ t be above two-three years in office. That means a one term presidential bid can probably produce at least a maximum of two different individual Prime Minister.

That means before a new Prime Minister is appointed at the pleasure of the President of the country. The incumbent Prime Minister shall resign after a maximum of two-three years in office. 9. PRIME MINISTER

as “Title” , “Appointment Based” and “Elected Office”

Title – the decoration of a name used to describe an individual‟s position or job status or even a body of work for example, a book or rather an artistic work. The four common types of titles are (i) descriptive (ii) distinguished (iii) clear and (iv) symbolic. Elected Office – Any person or individual elected by vote in a general election or special election to any executive, legislative or judicial office. An alteration or perhaps a constitutional amendment may be needed to include another elected position into the constitution for example, following possible alteration of the constitution. If congress wishes, after a period of nine years the „designated office‟ can become an elected position. For example, Sir Balewa was first appointed and subsequently elected Prime Minister of Nigeria.

10. INNOVATIONS

One solid way to balance the equal number of states within the six geo-political zones is to restructure the country through the creation of three more states. In the north, 776 make up the states within each zone and in the south, 665 makes up the states within each zone. But the creation of three more states allows the equal number of states within each zone and in practical terms the south 677 and the north 677.

The proposed three names and slogan of the states as follows: 38, Biafra, capital Au Abiakam with slogan Sovereign Area. 39, Naija capital Daba slogan Sceptre Area and 40 Eginira, capital Niroy Gabtec slogan Symbol of Authority. Like in the play: Naija Kingdom; Niroy Gabtec Eginira based on Project 9G appeal to the federal government of Nigeria to create three more states and balance the states within the six geo-political zones. The way to go is to first calve out a state from the Land of Peace and another from Nature Gift of the Nation The other proposed new area should be created from the Power State in North-Central.

Naija Kingdom institute which also houses the home and office of the Prime Minister called the Green House can be situated in the capital or in any other state. Like the Center of Unity administered by a federal Minister. One of the proposed three states to be created shall be administered by the Prime Minister. Naija Kingdom: Niroy Gabtec Eginira highly recommends to the government of the federation the creation of nothing more than three states only. Project 9G considers such innovation based on the creation of three more states the best way to go.

PART III – POLITICAL APPOINTMENT

11. CONSTITUTIONAL PROVISION

According to paragraph B of section 65 or 106 subject to the provision of section 66 of the Nigerian constitution; in line with sub-section 5 of section 147 of the constitution states, “A citizen up to the age of 30 years qualified for election into the House of Representatives is qualified to be appointed a Minister of the Government of the Federation” .

12. PRECEDENCE

On the 21st of June 2021, the President of Uganda, who is both Head of both state and government appointed the 11th Prime Minister of Uganda in the person of Mrs. Robinah Nabbanja. She happens to be the first female Prime Minister of Uganda. The first republic in Nigeria once had a Prime Minister and in between was the occupation of military rule before the system change in 1979. Project 9G feature more than one debut platform particularly the political debut platform in 2016 A Project 9G proposal mainly about the appointment of Prime Minister was sent to the Federal government of Nigeria in November of 2023. A bill to once again change from Presidential to Parliamentary system of government was proposed in February of 2024 by about 60 honorable members of the national assembly

15. MANDATE

The Prime Minister’s Office: in the cabinet ministerial position or as an iconic position committed in achieving the following; (a) set-up Naija Kingdom institute of discipline, leadership and governance (i) Also includes the home and office of the Prime Minister (ii) Establish good orientation program to constantly engage young Fellow Eginirans i.e., Nigerians passionate and committed to nation building (b) Plans for youthful inclusive leadership and governance to empower the youths include: (iii) Leadership & skills development (iv) Information Technology and host conferences such as tech summit where talents are sponsored, empowered with laptops and startups funded (v) Startup accelerator and venture capital to provide funding for small business and startups per year (vi) Entertainment - Set-up a media outlet, music studio, film village to further engage the entertainment industry with support for good content that will not only create jobs but help market the country for the greater good of Nigerians like Project 9G (vii) Sport development, set-up a soccer academy with Project 9G ultimate goal to make Nigeria twice a world cup champion (viii) Food - mechanized agriculture, seedlings, fertilizer and food storage silo facilities. Engage other corporate social responsibility such as establish a food bank, medical clinic and scholarship to communities beginning from where the institute is situated. The restructuring of the zones based on Project 9G, as an innovative idea allows the creation of three more states. The institute when relocated to a permanent site in one of the newly created states shall be through which the Prime Minister can administer full control of the state and (c) Conduct a successful national clean-up exercise around the six geo-political zones in view to gradually end seasonal hawking on the street and on the roads and (d) Make hawkers the next point of light in various communities (e) Balance good working relations between fellow Eginiran’s within the zones along with (f) the three arms of government (g) Protect the rights of fellow Eginiran’s in diaspora through a department of the institute set-up in each of the countries embassies across the globe.

The Prime Minister’s Office based on Project 9G given Nigeria’ s system of government shall (a) set-up a Naija Kingdom institute of discipline, leadership and governance (i) That also includes the home and office of the Prime Minister (ii) Establish good national orientation program and constantly engage young Fellow Eginirans passionate and committed to nation building (b) Furthermore, our plans as it concerns youthful inclusive leadership and governance must have empowered more than three hundred people each year in: (iii) Leadership & skills development; (sewing, welding, plumbing, carpentry, hair dressing, baking etc.) (iv) Information Technology - Hub for: R/D in Software development, Cyber security, Data Ops and Cloud. (Thisis likenedtoSiliconValleyandcandidatecannotonlygettechjobsworldwidebutstartupwithtech development) . Host conferences such as God’s Own Area Innovates tech summit where talents are sponsored, empowered with laptops and startups funded (v) Startup accelerator and venture capital to provide funding for an estimated number of 100 - 200 small business and startups per year (vi) Entertainment - Set-up a media outlet, music studio and film village that will empower new generations of professionals in the creative economy (vii) Sport development - Set-up a soccer academy and players transfer to foreign clubs. In the course of this venture, through this institute, Project 9G projection is to make Nigeria at least a two time world cup champion (viii) Foodmechanized agriculture, seedlings, fertilizer and food storage facilities with an estimated figure of agro fish production must have for example empowered 300 people per year in fingerlings production and other entrepreneurship. Project 9G political debut title “Second Prime Minister of Nigeria” “Sipmon” when appointed into the cabinet ministerial position as “The Prime Minister of Nigeria” is clearly an example of job creation, hence the creator of more jobs. In addition, Project 9G debut movie project and the setting up of an institute of leadership and Governance is another clear example of job creation. The appointment of Prime Minister of Nigeria in the person of the Author, Curator and Producer of Project 9G: whose full name contains the necessary letters that spells “Nigeria" paternally from South-East, maternally from South-South, common and resident with Yoruba‟ s in the West and sometimes behaves like HausaFulani in the North is phenomenal. In the Nigerian political class of today the appointment of the fellow Eginiran from the South-Eastern part of Nigeria. Funny enough can appease the Ibo‟s obsessed with marginalization of the South-Eastern zone in the political class of today Nigeria. At least pending when a South-Easterner or rather an Ibo person passionate about nation building, overcomes the long overdue prospect of emerging the nation‟ s President. I am applying for appointment as Prime Minister of Nigeria in the cabinet ministerial position within the regular appointment as Federal Minister.

Appointment of the second inaugural Prime Minister of Naija Kingdom as third Prime Minister of Nigeria automatically becomes head of the proposed Naija Kingdom: institute of discipline, leadership and governance or simply an institute designated to make Nigeria a Super Power

My eagerness as the Author, Curator and Producer of Project 9G decorated with the title of second inaugural Prime Minister to be appointed into the cabinet ministerial position as officially the Prime Minister of Nigeria led the search for new creative endeavors based on Project 9G to Make Naija a Super Power. Identified improved approaches and enhanced solutions to intelligence, creativity, active work force, business challenges and inclusivity are activities that drive and inspire me as Prime Minister. Motivation, charisma, passion and explorer mentality are part of my framework for driving success.

According to Project 9G, a fellow Eginiran i.e., a Nigerian believes in fresh perspective and trying new techniques enhances inclusiveness particularly in leadership help business evolve and grow. As with the appointment of Prime Minister of Nigeria in the cabinet ministerial position, my goal would be not only to achieve good national integration but also to increase sustainability and growth.

The Prime Minister plan to work with a number of agencies and ministries like Youth & Sports, Football Federation, Human Rights Commission, Orientation Agency, Identity Management Commission, Poverty Eradication Program, Consumer Protection Council, Immigration Services, Nigerian Police Force, and others to support the institute transformation agenda. That will bring about among other things a greener homeland, good national orientation/empowerment programs, empowered skills set of entrepreneurs, make Nigeria win the next fifa world cup and encourage small medium enterprises.

Contributions to my former Playwright, Actor, Movie Producer, Convener Mnasp; Diplomatic and Quintessential Post-modern skill at large revolve around my essential High performance disciplinary and Trust bursting skills and talent over the years. I have developed strong critical thinking ability and fostered a reputation as a key contributor through communication and leadership skills.
