National PPO Networks
• Aetna Signature Administrators ® (ASA)
• ASA is a national PPO network with more than one million participating physicians and approximately 6,400 hospitals.
• It is one of the country’s most comprehensive PPO network and holds NCQA accreditation
Private Healthcare Systems (PHCS)
• PHCS is one of the largest PPO networks, with over one million providers and 4,700 hospitals
• It provides nationwide access to providers and facilities and holds NCQA and URAC accreditation

Ningen Dock Explained
Ningen Dock Program: Inspired by ships at dock for maintenance, it offers comprehensive health assessments.
Preventive Medicine: Developed in Japan to identify health risks early, detect cancer and lifestyle diseases, and confirm overall health status.
Diagnostics: Includes blood tests, chest X-rays, ultrasound scans, and optional advanced diagnostics like endoscopy, CT scans, and MRIs.
Health Outcomes: This proactive approach leads to better health and longer life spans, a cornerstone of Japanese healthcare.

Ningen Dock Scope of Coverage


• Exclusively available to expatriate employees (Non-U.S. citizens temporarily working in the United States)
• Covers annual employer-required routine physical exams and eligible services in the U.S.
• Option to include spousal coverage
• In-network and out-of-network: 100% of covered services up to $2,000 annually, with no deductible or copay.
• $4,000 buy-up option for enhanced coverage

Ningen Dock Process

Members present their Ningen Dock ID card at their provider's office.
If the provider is in-network, no further action is needed is needed by the member.



Out-of-network providers may require upfront payment from the member, who can then submit a claim to NLB for reimbursement.
In-network and out-of-network: 100% of covered services up to $2,000 annually, with no deductible or copay.
