Updated Broker Experience We want to provide our broker partners with the best experience possible when it comes to managing their business with Nippon Life Benefits and providing their clients with benefits they love.

To simplify the process and make it easier to meet client expectations, we have made updates to the broker pages. This document serves as your instruction manual as you navigate the new pages.

Broker Landing Page

The Broker Landing Page serves as the starting point for brokers looking to manage their clients’ accounts, access Nippon Life Benefits’ product information and forms, or who are looking to get appointed. The Broker Landing Page gives three navigation options as listed below

The Client Administration Portal

Visit the Client Administration Portal by clicking here.

The Client Administration Portal, also known as the Broker Portal, is where you can go to assist in managing your clients’ account information. To access the Client Administration Portal, brokers are required to obtain permission from the employer by submitting the access form (see section two below). Once permission has been granted, selecting the first box titled “Client Administration Portal,” will direct you to the portal login page. Please note that new registrations make take up to 2 days to process.

Here you can log into an existing account or create one. To register, select “Create My Account” and follow the on-screen prompts. Additionally, you can add or manage access for additional clients by emailing your username and the client group/user number to admin-info@nipponlifebenefits.com.

If you need additional assistance, please reach out to our customer service team, as indicated on the right side of the portal screen.

Broker Resources, Forms, and Information

To assist in the management of your clients, you can access Nippon Life Benefits-specific product information, member materials, enrollment forms, and other resources on this page.

Log in to an existing account or if you don’t yet have an account, select “Create a New Account” and follow the prompts. Once registered, you can browse various Ancillary or Medical materials by selecting the appropriate box.

Once logged in, expand the sections to find the information needed and download directly from the page.

For brokers that are not yet appointed with Nippon Life Benefits, that can be done here. Select “Get Appointed” from the Broker Landing Page to access the Connect form. Please provide the information for the required fields as they are shown.
