TO ENABLE OUR MARKET TO COMPLY WITH CURRENT LEGISLATION, WE REQUEST THAT ALL LIVESTOCK FROM SALE 12th OCTOBER BE UPLIFTED BY MIDDAY ON FRIDAY 13th OCTOBER NOTICE Heifers are guaranteed free of calf unless otherwise stated at time of sale. In the event of the animal not conforming to warranty, the seller shall refund 33⅓ of the purchase price in full settlement, at the sole option of the purchaser, the animal in question may be returned to the Vendor, who will refund purchase price, keep and expenses. Claims for bullock calves not properly castrated must be intimated within 28 days from date of sale. All claims must be accompanied by a Veterinary Surgeon’s certificate stating ear number of animal. PLEASE NOTE: Any lot missing their turn will not be offered for sale until the end of their class. The average weight shown on the indicator board is given as a guide and is not guaranteed. In the case of animals not conforming to warranty, the defaulting party shall be liable for any expenses incurred. CONSIGNORS ARE ADVISED THAT IT IS THEIR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT THE CORRECT PASSPORTS FOR EACH SELLING LOT ARE LODGED IN THE OFFICE PRIOR TO SALE PLEASE ENSURE ALL PASSPORTS ARE SIGNED

WARRANTIES No claims for ewes not conforming to warranty will be entertained unless intimated to the Auctioneers before Monday 17th October at 12 Noon. Claims must be supported by a V.S Certificate if required, and the defaulting party will be responsible for all expenses incurred. NOTICE: WARRANTED EWES must have their front six teeth together and firm, also be correct in udders. The Stock is exposed for sale subject to the general conditions of sale. All Down Cross Lambs are sold as Ewe and Wedder mixed unless otherwise stated. Lambs sold as Ewe Lambs not conforming to warranty and Wedder Lambs being improperly castrated, claims must be intimated within 28 days. The auctioneers shall not be liable in any way for any deficiencies in either the vendor’s tagging of his sheep nor the reading equipment being used at the CPRC in accordance with the EID Regulations nor any reading or print out produced by the said equipment.
