UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED AT THE TIME OF SALE ALL LOTS IDENTIFIED “SA” ARE SCOTCH ASSURED IN ACCORDANCE WITH QMS CONDITIONS AND THOSE ANIMALS WERE BORN IN SCOTLAND. CONSIGNORS ARE ADVISED THAT IT IS THEIR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT THE CORRECT PASSPORTS FOR EACH SELLING LOT ARE LODGED IN THE OFFICE PRIOR TO SALE. PLEASE ENSURE ALL PASSPORTS ARE SIGNED. All calving cows and heifers are guaranteed in calf unless otherwise stated at time of sale. Claims must be intimated within 49 days from the date of sale and be accompanied by a Veterinary Surgeon’s certificate stating ear number of animal and the defaulting party will be responsible for all expenses incurred. Cows and Heifers with calves at foot are to be free of calf at time of sale unless otherwise declared
