WARRANTIES All Down Cross Lambs are sold as Ewe and Wedder mixed unless otherwise stated. Lambs sold as Ewe Lambs not conforming to warranty and Wedder Lambs being improperly castrated, claims must be intimated within 14 days.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that any animals destined for the food chain are out with any withdrawal period.

This includes Antibiotics, Anthelmintics or Sheep Dip that the seller may have given prior to sale.

The auctioneers shall not be liable in any way for any deficiencies in either the vendor’s tagging of his sheep nor the reading equipment being used at the CPRC in accordance with the EID Regulations nor any reading or print out produced by the said equipment.

UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED AT THE TIME OF SALE ALL LOTS IDENTIFIED “SA” ARE SCOTCH ASSURED IN ACCORDANCE WITH QMS CONDITIONS AND THOSE ANIMALS WERE BORN IN SCOTLAND.
