Sold under the conditions of sale as displayed in the mart recommended by the Livestock Auctioneers Association for England and Wales with the exception of rule 53(A) which will be adopted as follows Maiden heifers sold for breeding purposes The vendor warrants maiden heifers stated in the catalogue or at the time of sale to be sold for breeding purposes to be free from all malformation which would render the animal incapable of breed The warranty period for any latent malformation is 6 calendar months and 5 days All cattle must be double tagged with Ministry approved tags and information supplied on the respective entry forms Payment will only be made to the exhibitor. No lots can leave the market without a pass slip being issued by the main office TB Testing: Animals over 42 days of age and on a 12 month test holding or from holdings which require pre-movement testing (PRMT) MUST to be tested within 60 days of the sale and a respective certificate provided to the Auctioneers. The testing interval will be displayed at the point of sale by numbers 1, 1PT, 4 or 4s. The information is given for guidance only. TB Post Testing from high risk areas: As from the 6th April 2016, cattle consigned from high risk areas will be subject to a post movement TB tests (60 to 120 days after pre test) but with the following exemptions: 1. Slaughtered within 120 days 2. A licensed finishing Unit (LFU) The catalogue will indicate (PT) for this requirement.

All sheep consigned to this sale must be accompanied by a completed AML1 movement document and all vendors must ensure that holding and flock numbers are supplied Please ensure that all Sheep are ear tagged to comply with regulation If any Lot or any vendor is not present when the sale order time is reached, such lot will be passed over and offered for sale at the end of the sale. NB – Vendors MUST check the MOUTHS of ALL sheep and any FAULT or DISCREPANCY must be disclosed, e.g. – If any Sheep is showing more than 2 Broad Teeth for each year of age, this must be disclosed or the Purchaser may refuse to take delivery of such a Sheep, provided notice is given to the Auctioneers within one hour of the close of the day’s Sale. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that any animals destined for the food chain are outwith any withdrawal period. This includes antibiotics, anthelmintics or sheep dip that the seller may have given prior to sale The auctioneers shall not be liable in any way for any deficiencies in either the vendor’s tagging of his sheep nor the reading equipment being used at the CPRC in accordance with the EID Regulations nor any reading or print out

COVID-19 REGULATIONS • Anyone who has been in contact with a COVID19 case or has been in a high risk area must not attend sale • Anyone displaying any illness or symptoms of any illness or has any underlying health problem must not attend • Face coverings are mandatory for all persons entering the mart. These must be worn without exception while in the market including the sales rings and pens • Only one person per household to attend the sale • Pregnant ladies and children must not attend sales No children under 16 years old will be able to attend the sales and this must be strictly adhered to as entry will be refused • General public, trade and others not directly involved in sales must not attend • Please use the hand washing/sanitising facilities • A MINIMUM PHYSICAL DISTANCE OF 2 METRES MUST BE MAINTAINED AT ALL TIMES • Buyers must pre-register their attendance at any sale. Only buyers known to marts will be permitted access to any class of sale
