No Lot or Lots shall be moved from the sale yard until payment has been received. The liability will remain with the vendor until the purchaser receives the Lot(s), at this point title of the goods will be transferred to them.

Alternatively, any items entered for sale can be kept at your premises until sold, however any sold items MUST be delivered to either Carlisle or St Boswells in the week following the sale.
