METHOD OF SALE: Each Lot will be sold in pounds sterling (£) and a buyers premium of 5% (inc VAT) will be added to the Bid Price.

SETTLEMENT OF STOCK: The purchaser must be registered with Harrison & Hetherington prior to bidding and must settle their accounts immediately as the close of the sale. No Lots or Lots shall be moved from the Vendor’s holding until payment has been received.

The liability will remain with the Vendor until the purchaser receives the Lot(s), at this point, the title of the goods will be transferred to them.

George L Stuart Birness Flock The Birness Flock was established in 1978 and from the outset emphasis has been aimed at producing quality stock for the pedigree and commercial market.

We have built up the flock without any use of Embryo Transfer and run 170 pure breeding ewes at Birness. The flock has had some success over the years with rams selling to fellow breeders 43,000gns Muzza, 30,000gns Bees Knees, 30,000gns Play Boy, 26,000gns Freedom plus many more. Birness gimmers have also peaked twice at 9000gns.

The gimmers forward for this sale are on the Heptivac-P system, Scrapie Monitoired and have been vaccinated with Toxovax and Endovax.

7.The Purchaser must be registered with H&H Ltd prior to bidding (pre- registered) and pay for all Lot(s) purchased immediately at the close of sale. No Lot or Lots shall be moved from the vendors holding until payment has been received.
