CONCEPT DESIGN - DETAILED DESIGN STAGE | Key Responsibilities: — Developing interior design proposals and specifications in accordance with all requirements — Monitoring and developing necessary reports and compliance sheets — Liasing with the Project Manager, other respective disciplines, as well as with 3D artists, making sure standards and design intent are followed — Attending client meetings and leading the ID workshops — Quality control and review of all ID packages — Closely cooperating with the Contractor and their procurement team, ensuring everything is in compliance with the design specifications and standards — Inspecting the patient mock-up room and corridor on site

Hospital in Tenbek area is a 300 beds general hospital, emergency department with trauma level 2 as well as outpatient clinics, with GFA of 77,000 sq.m. The patient towers are vertically placed on top of a diagnostic and treatment block with Emergency and Trauma located on the north and south sides of the building respectively. Outpatient services along with the day surgery are located in a separate block on the east side. Alll project components are unified with a main atrium promenade accessible from the south, east and west sides, while all the main hospital sections are connected through a central main public street. The proposed design provides an efficient use of the space as well as an attractive welcoming interior and exterior environment for the patients, visitors and staff who shall interact within. To create flexible spaces is a major constraint for the project design considering the potential necessity to perform functional changes during the lifetime of the facility. Cultural sensitivities are considered segregating services by gender, providing separated specific facilities for males and females. The layout of the departments allows for discreet service to each gender providing them with exceptional services using state-of-the-art, up-to-date technology and medical equipment, as well as the latest and highest medical standards.

Movenpick hotel project represents Ras Al Khaimah’s first man-made project, featuring a cluster of coral-shaped islands, creating a destination that is fast emerging as top Middle East holiday hotspot. It is located centrally within the 270ha Al Marjan Island, set in elegantly landscaped gardens with its own secluded white sandy beach. It is comprised of 362 guestrooms and 28 garden chalets with private pools.The hotel also includes two beach front restaurants, an exquisite garen restaurant and rooftop sunset terrace with 360 degree sea views. It features kids club, modern gymnasium and spa, all with indoor and outdoor options.

Emaar Square is an urban center of Uptown Cairo consists of shopping mall, residential towers, office towers and entertainment buildings, with total foot print area of 150,000 m2. Building R1.1 is 27.000 sq.m GFA project designed in modern style and with use of sophisticated materials to create refined elegance. The building counts total of 172 aparment units, with typology varying from 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom apartments, some of them with a city view, and some overlooking the modern uptown Cairo and fashion district. The simplistic spaces created will allow for a seamless integration of different lifestyles according to user’s preferences. Warm timber veneers and unexpected chrome metal trim details compliment the darker colour palette and promote the essence of contemporary design.

BEDROOMS - LOOK & FEEL Warm muted materials and finishes extend into the bedroom space. Versatility is further encouraged by the neutral palette. Closed wardrobes with clear cut lines in neutral finishes become an integral part of the continuity of the design language. A mix of drawers, shelving and hanging space meets the needs of the user with sophisticated simplicity. Unexpected delightful detailing is found in warm timber finishes contained within each wardrobe section.

Lusail Marina Bookstore project, also known as “Bookaccino”, referred to the 148 sq.m retail space with double height ceiling. Client’s requirement was use the available space as much as possible. The mezzanine level wa introduced by adding to the total net area of 184 sq.m. The space is designed in such a way to allow each visitor choose their own ambient - from friendly 4-person sitting, intimate seats on the perimeters, of separes on mezzanine level. The design was inspired by mid-century style with a subtle touch of boho notes.

Manarat Tower Office project is commercial project located in the Manarat Tower in Lusail, Qatar. The client is a family business company, wanting to reflect contemporary use of shapes and color schemes, at the same time valuing the cozyness of a home and friendly environment.
