Lottery 2023 Mahagrihnirman Yojana: 7,849 Homes Under New Housing Scheme In Ulwe

CIDCO has received almost 12,000 applications for participation in the CIDCO lottery Ulwe Housing Project. On October 24, 2022, Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde announced the construction of 7,849 dwellings for persons from economically disadvantaged (EWS) and low-income categories (LIG). CIDCO will build these residences in Ulwe, Navi Mumbai.

In all, 7,849 residences built under the Prime Minister Awas Yojana (PMAY) are for sale under the plan. These houses are near the Bamandongri and Kharkopar railway stations - Bamandongari, Kharkopar East 2A, Kharkopar East 2B, and Kharkopar East P3 in Navi Mumbai's Ulwe node - as well as CIDCO's underconstruction coastal road connecting with the JNPT and the Nerul jetty, the proposed Navi Mumbai International Airport, and the Mumbai Trans-Harbour Link.

The scheme's online registrations began on October 25, 2022, and ended on January 31, 2023. Form submissions began on October 28, 2022, and ended on December 23, 2022. Nevertheless, in response to the reaction, CIDCO extended the registration deadline until January 6, 2023, and then again until January 21, 2023.

The draught list of approved persons was released on February 6, 2023, and the final list was released on February 8, 2023. The scheme's lottery was scheduled to be drawn on February 10, 2023, however, it has since been postponed.

Step 1: Visit lottery.cidcoindia.com/App.

Step 2: If you are a new user, click on the ‘Register For Lottery’ tab.

Step 3: You will be sent to the Applicant Registration Form, where you must provide your basic information as well as your mobile phone number, which will be used for any future correspondence.

Step 4: For reimbursements, provide your PAN card, Aadhar card, and bank details on the following screen. You must also provide a cancelled check and a passportsize picture of the applicant.

Step 5: When you confirm your registration, you will be taken to a screen where you can verify if the papers you supplied have been accepted by CIDCO. This process might take up to 24 hours.

Step 6: The 'Apply' option will be enabled after your papers have been accepted. Choose the scheme for which you wish to apply and write down the code number. The scheme may be chosen from the drop-down menu.

Step 7: The candidate is eligible to apply for the plan through the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.

Step 8: Choose an applicant type. You can apply for the plan both singly and jointly. If you are applying jointly, provide the basic information and PAN card information, which must be authorised by CIDCO authorities.

Step 9: If you have an allocation preference, choose it. Study the terms and conditions and consider whether you are interested in alternative schemes with available units.

Step 10: Confirm your application and lottery information. Payment may be made using NEFT/RTGS, credit card, or online banking. Print the acknowledgement slip, sign it in the appropriate spots, and attach an image of the applicant. Upload this slip and continue with the payment.
