Much has been accomplished over the last year including construction of the new maintenance building, installation of security gates at the beach property, paving 21 roads in the community, installing a fire pit area at the beach property and many entertainment and recreation activities throughout the year. I would like to thank all the volunteers for their support and their efforts to make our community a wonderful place we all love. Finally, I would like to wish everyone Seasons Greetings and a Happy New Year. I will continue to support the new Board and will volunteer to keep our community moving forward.
