Katrina Weithman named “Community Associations Institute – Employee of the Year” At its annual awards banquet held on December 4, 2013 at the Lake Naomi Club, the Community Associations Institute named PFCCA, Inc. Food and Beverage Director, Katrina Weithman its Employee of the Year for 2013. Representing PFCCA, Inc that night were, Frank Milano – President, Steve Bunker – Treasurer, and Lorraine Daviduk – Accounting and Office Manager, along with Katrina. Community Associations Institute (CAI) is an organization that represents the interests of Homeowners Associations and Condominiums throughout the region and the United States. They also retain lobbyists in our state Capital to keep the interests of Homeowner Associations in front of the legislature. Each year at their annual banquet, CAI awards 5 different awards including : Volunteer of the Year, Association of the Year, Employee of the Year, Business Partner of the Year, and the Regional Council Member of the Year.
