Hello!
I am Niharika Virmani, an upcoming Interior Designer. I’m currently pursuing my bachelor’s in Interior Designing at DIT University, Dehradun.
Hailing from the enchanting city of Dehradun, nestled in the heart of Uttarakhand my design philosophy is deeply inspired by the natural beauty and cultural richness of my hometown. I believe that a well designed space has the power to transform not only the physical environment but also the emotions and experiences of its inhabitants.
I have a passion for creating captivating spaces that blend functionality and aesthetics.
My portfolio is a combination of works from my academic projects as well as my internships.

LIVING ROOM 01
The living room is a central space in a home, often considered the heart of the residence. It serves multiple functions and is designed to accommodate various activities, making it a versatile and welcoming area for residents and guests.
The project brief was to create a cosy, yet elegant space while keeping it minimalastic.
Designed the false ceiling, and 3d renders of the living room for this project.

CAFE YELLOW MARIGOLD CAFE 02
The cafe is located in Dehradun, during my internship this project came up and they were adding a bar space in their exsisting cafe, this was the idea render that they liked and were going ahead with for execution. Along with this, they were also making a new washroom for the cafe, so drawings and 3d views for the washroom was made as well. The flooring for the cafe and the washroom was given the same since the washroom was’nt inside the cafe. The idea behind same flooring was to make a sense of familiarity and connection.

A dental clinic is a specialized healthcare facility where dental professionals, including dentists, dental hygienists, and dental assistants, provide a range of oral health services. These clinics play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the oral health of individuals.
Project brief:
Site - Modinagar, composite climate
Project need- 80 year old delapitated building.
Area- 24 sq.m
This project was a competition ‘IGBC’ the goal was to create a space with sustainable and eco friendly appproach. The project was made while keeping in mind the UN sustainable develompent goals.

Nowadays, people are so busy with their phones, the idea behind the green space was that the patient connects with nature and experienes a feeling of relaxation.
