I’m looking forward to the Fall as it has been one hot summer season. It’s crazy because the entire Tampa Bay region has been getting record rain fall but where we live in Palm Harbor it’s like there is an umbrella overhead. It will be pouring on US Highway 19, pouring in Tarpon Springs, pouring in Clearwater but dry at our house! Every time it does rain Paul and I are happy because our lawn and plants need the water as they are pounded by the sun every day!

Around Town 2 AMAZING EVENTS AT THE WHISKEY! HOT BLOODED POLE COMPETITION AND COSPLAY NIGHT One amazing club & Two great events at The Whiskey in Seminole, Florida. It started with The Hot Blooded Pole Competition on July.28 hosted by Blood Diamond Tattoo Company. Five entertainers Monique, Stardust, Chocolate, Diamond and Nova competed for $2,500.00 in cash and prizes. All the contestants gave it their all with awesome pole tricks and after the first round it was Monique, Chocolate and Nova who battled it out for the top prize. After audience and the judges scores, Nova was declared the winner with Monique second and Chocolate third. Congrats to the girls who competed.

August.3,2018 at the Whiskey was their Cosplay Party which was an awesome event with Sammy Jo aka Harley Quinn; and the Joker was on hand to keep Harley in check. It was a great event and we’ll be sure to be at the next big event at The Whiskey.

Around Town READER APPRECIATION PARTY AT CLUB LUST!

Friday night August 10th was quite an evening at Club Lust in downtown St. Petersburg!! Not only was the FetishCon Convention a couple blocks away but NightMoves was there with the “Wheel of Porn” and multiple door prizes for their monthly “Reader Appreciation Party”.

The evening featured stage shows by the beautiful Ms. Gia Love and the sexy Loosey Lu. People who paid cover charge received a ticket for an hourly drawing where they could win prize baskets and everyone who purchased a drink had the opportunity to spin “The Wheel of Porn” for xxx movies, lottery tickets and other prizes.

I must admit the girls looked even sexier (if that’s possible) dressed in costumes and I was hoping I would get attacked or saved by one of the beauties!

August is Fetish Con month. Nightmoves Magazine has been part of this great event for many years and would like to thank the management and staff for having us there. Fetish Con was once again at the Bayfront Hotel in St. Petersburg. The show was sponsored by Clips For Sale and Chaturbate. The third Fetish Con Awards was hosted by the beautiful and also funny Anastasia Pierce and Jewell Marceau. Vendors from all walks of life, beautiful women who are great on the eyes and awesome shows make this event the place to be in August. FOOTBALL American Football Conference (AFC): EAST DIVISION

1) New England Patriots – Until the GOAT retires who can pick against the Pats?

It doesn’t matter who plays with Tom Brady, he makes everybody around him a star. Who are the RB’s? Who are the WR’s?

Who cares?? They have Brady & Gronk !!

Pats win the terrible AFC East again!

2) Miami Dolphins – I gotta pick somebody to finish second in this garbage division. The Fish could finish 8-8 but that will take a lot of work. I’m just not a Ryan Tannehill supporter but he’s a lot better than backup QB Brock Osweiler!

3) New York Jets – Can Josh Darnold finally be the QB the Jets have been looking for since Joe Namath? I like RB Isaiah Crowell but this team has no depth but a weaker schedule … maybe 6-7 wins? Anybody can finish second, third or fourth in the AFC East!

4) Buffalo Bills – No more Tyrod Taylor but they do have RB LeSean McCoy. Will the QB be AJ McCarron, Nathan Peterman or rookie Josh Allen? The Bills were 9-7 last year and made the playoffs but I don’t see that happening this season.

NORTH DIVISION

1) Pittsburgh Steelers – The Big Three …

“Roethlisberger-Bell-Brown” will once again lead the Steelers to the division title. Can they win the Super Bowl … maybe but these three must stay healthy and the defense needs to play up to expectations.

2) Cleveland Browns – Say What?? This team went 0-16 last year and I’m picking them to finish second in the division? I think the Brownies will be the surprise of the NFL this year and win 8-9 games. I like Tyrod Taylor at QB, Carlos Hyde at RB and Jarvis Landry/Josh Gordon at WR … who needs LeBron???

3) Baltimore Ravens – Will Joe Flacco ever get old? Rookie Lamar Jackson is breathing down his neck to start at QB. I don’t love the Ravens but I think they can win 7-8 games with their defense and that puts them in the hunt in this questionable division.

4) Cincinnati Bengals – They have the tools with Dalton-MixonAJ Green but they never seem to get the job done. They were 7-9 last year and that’s about what I see in 2018 … a .500 team. They could surprise as this division is wide open.

Every year I make my NFL season picks and I usually do pretty damn good. That said I certainly did not pick the Philadelphia Eagles to win last year’s Super Bowl. I didn’t even pick them to win their division and that’s what makes writing this column so much fun … you never know what’s going to happen! Let’s give it a try again this year …

SOUTH DIVISION

1) Jacksonville Jaguars – Was last year a fluke or are the Jags for real? They have a great defense but Blake Bortles is up and down. I love RB Leonard Fournette but he must stay healthy.

Tough call in a tough division.

2) Houston Texans – Last year’s injuries crippled this team with QB DeShaun Watson, Running back D’Onta Freeman and defensive stars Jadeveon Clowney and JJ Watt all hurt. All four are all back and ready for 2018 and I look for the Texans to challenge the Jags for the division crown.

3) Tennessee Titans – I think RB Derrick Henry will have a huge season. Marcus Mariota needs a bounce-back season and I’m not in love with the Titans wide receivers. I just don’t see this team challenging for the division title.

4) Indianapolis Colts – Can Andrew Luck lead the Colts to a winning season? Is he really injury free? There are way too many question-marks on this team. The top RB is Marlon Mack and the ancient TY Hilton leads the WR group. I can’t see the ponies winning more than 5-6 games.

WEST DIVISION

1) Kansas City Chiefs – Patrick Mahomes takes over as the starting QB and he will have plenty of offensive help with RB’s Kareem Hunt / Spencer Ware, WR’s Tyreek Hill / Sammy Watkins and TE superstar Travis Kelce. Look for a deep playoff run from KC! 2) Los Angeles Chargers – The San Diego … I mean Los Angeles Chargers are running out of time. QB Phillip Rivers needs to win now and this is a pretty solid squad. RB Melvin Gordon, WR Keenan Allen and TE Hunter Henry need big seasons if that is going to happen. Chargers could win the division if all goes well.

3) The Oakland Raiders – Jon Gruden doesn’t play on the field but he will help the way the Raiders play on the field. QB Derek Carr will have RB’s Marshawn Lynch and ex-Buc Doug Martin in the backfield. He will throw to Amari Cooper & Jordy Nelson and TE Jared Cook. Not bad … now can the defense do their job?

4) Denver Broncos – Case Keenum is the new QB and he has Demaryius Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders as wide receivers.

I think this team is in a rebuilding mode and that looks like another 5-6 win season in this tough division.

National Football Conference (NFC): EAST DIVISION

1) New York Giants – This could be QB Eli Manning’s last hurrah in the NFL and with rookie RB Saquon Barkley he has a reason to be optimistic! The “Men in Blue” have a sold WR crew with OBJ and Sterling Shepard. The defense needs to improve if the team wants to win more than the 3 games they won last season. I see the NYG upsetting the Eagles in this division!

2) Philadelphia Eagles – The Eagles went 13-3 last season and shocked the world! That won’t happen in 2018 but they still have enough to possibly win the NFC East. They have two sold QB’s in Carson Wentz and Nick Foles, a good RB in Jay Ajayi, decent WR’s in Alshon Jeffery and Nelson Agholor and a great TE in Zach Ertz.

Look for Philly to once again be an above average team!

3) Dallas Cowboys – Run … Run … Run !! If Ezekiel Elliott can stay healthy for 16 games the Cowboys will be a good team. QB Dak Prescott needs to find a #1 receiver and the Cowboys have a tough schedule. It will be feast or famine in Dallas!

4) Washington Redskins - The new look ‘Skins will be led by QB Alex Smith. They are a bit weak at RB and signed Adrian Peterson to be their lead back as rookie RB Derrius Guice is out for the season. They have Jamison Crowder and Josh Doctson as WR’s. It will be an interesting year in the nation’s capital.

NORTH DIVISION

1) Minnesota Vikings – The Vikes have a new QB in Kirk Cousins and he fits this team perfectly.

RB Dalvin Cook must bounce back after last year’s injury and the WR’s are solid with Adam Thielen, Stefon Diggs and Kendall Wright … mix in TE Kyle Rudolph and Cousin’s has plenty of weapons. The defense is solid and look for Minny to make a run at the Super Bowl.

2) Green Bay Packers – For “The Pack” to be back and win more than the 7 games they won last year QB Aaron Rodgers must stay healthy and they need to find a running game. WR’s Davante Adams, Randall Cobb and Geronimo Allison are solid and they added TE Jimmy Graham to the team. The defense must step up for GB to contend.

3) Chicago Bears – The Bears will be built around RB’s Jordan Howard and Tarik Cohen. QB Mitch Trubisky is adequate but nothing spectacular. I like new WR’s Allen Robinson and Taylor Gabriel but it’s hard to see the Bears winning more than six games.

4) Detroit Lions – QB Matthew Stafford needs a running back!

Will rookie Kerryon Johnson be the answer? The WR’s are ok with Marvin Jones, Golden Tate and Kenny Golladay but I can’t see the “Pussycats” winning more than 5-6 games this season.

SOUTH DIVISION

1) New Orleans Saints – QB Drew Brees can flat out toss the football! WR Michael Thomas is a stud and the Saints have two great RB’s in Mark Ingram (who will sit the first 4 games) and Alvin Kamara. The defense is solid and I look for the Saints to make the playoffs and maybe win a Super Bowl!

2) Atlanta Falcons – This team has everything … a solid QB in Matt Ryan, two great running backs in Devonta Freeman &Tevin Coleman and two solid receivers in Julio Jones & Mohamed Sanu. They won ten games last year and three teams from this division made the playoffs! Look for another competitive NFC South!

3) Tampa Bay Buccaneers – It’s too bad the Bucs play in this division. The team is greatly improved on defense and they added rookie running back Ronald Jones. They have superb tight ends and a great WR’s tandem in Mike Evans, DeSean Jackson, Adam Humphries and Chris Godwin. Can Jameis Winston lead the team after his 3-game suspension … who knows?

4) Carolina Panthers – The Panthers won 11 games last year and made the playoffs. This season it will take a lot to match that amazing season. QB Cam Newton has WR’s Devin Funchess, Torrey Smith and rookie DJ Moore but RB Christian McCaffrey is his most valuable weapon out of the backfield. TE Greg Olsen is a stud and they added CJ Anderson as a RB. Solid team in the NFL’s toughest division.

WEST DIVISION

1) Los Angeles Rams – The Rams are the class of the West led by RB Todd Gurley, QB Jared Goff and WR’s Brandin Cooks, Robert Woods and Cooper Kupp. The defense is solid and the Rams look to equal the 11 wins they had last season and make a Super Bowl run.

2) Arizona Cardinals – The new QB’s are Sam Bradford and rookie Josh Rosen. If RB David Johnson can stay healthy he will get a boatload of carries. The WR’s include future “Hall-of-Famer” Larry Fitzgerald, JJ Nelson and sensational rookie Christian Kirk. I feel the Cards can win 9-10 games.

3) San Francisco 49ers – QB Jimmy Garoppolo has never lost a NFL game he started as he is 5-0. This is an up-and-coming team with RB’s Jerick McKinnon and WR’s Pierre Garcon, Marquise Goodwin and Trent Taylor. They also added Richard Sherman on defense. I really like the Niners and think they could win 8-9 games!

4) Seattle Seahawks – It’s rebuilding time for the “Hawks. QB Russell Wilson will have a difficult year as they depend on rookie RB Rashaad Penny and Chris Carson (who is returning from a broken leg). Doug Baldwin is still the best WR on the team but I think it’s a long season in Seattle.

AFC DIVISION WINNERS = New England, Pittsburgh, Jacksonville, Kansas City AFC WILDCARDS = Houston, LA Chargers NFC DIVISION WINNERS = New York Giants, Minnesota, New Orleans, Los Angeles Rams NFC WILD CARDS = Atlanta, Philadelphia SUPER BOWL = Kansas City -v- New Orleans

Entertainers often ask us, “When should I Trademark my stage name?” The answer is as soon as your name as any value, even if only to you.

Three true stories for you to consider: 1. A few years ago, an adult film performer that we represented (let’s call her “Susie Big Titts”), who had been appearing in films as for about 5 years discovered a lingerie store 300 miles away from her home by the name of “Susie Big Titts Lingerie & Personal Pleasures”. Without knowing how long the store had been open, we were able to make the store change its name or pay our client a royalty by simply showing that Susie Big Titts had a trademark pending on her name, which had nationally recognition in association with her movies.

Even though our client rarely used the name for Feature Performances any more, and never appeared in adult films, her registered Trademark was enough to force the New “Susie Bigger Titts”, with the contractual obligation to perform under that stage name, to purchase, or otherwise license, the name.

2. More recently, we represented a well-known Feature Performer who had been performing for around 15 years (let’s call her “Susie Bigger Titts”). She had moved on to other pursuits within that adult entertainment industry, but still conducted business under her recognizable stage name, occasionally accepting an offer to feature. After meeting a mutual acquaintance of the firm’s and learning how inexpensive it was to register a trademark, “Susie Bigger Titts” hired the firm to finally register her stage name. Shortly after doing so, a new adult film performer began using “Susie Bigger Titts” as her stage name and began a very quick rise to notoriety as both a

As an entertainer, your name is your entire identity. There is nothing else that you invest more into than your name. No one knows how much they should pay Jane Doe for an anal scene; but they know what it’ll cost to book “Susie Big Titts”. No one knows if there is a market for Jane Doe’s appearance as a Feature Dancer, but “Susie Bigger Titts” has a known rate and an established audience. No one knows if Jane Doe is worth a $500,000 2-year contract, but everyone knows that “Susie Look At These Titts” last Feature Film grossed 20 times that, that she was on set every day of filming, and she was a pleasure to work with.

The 8th Annual Stripper Olympics was held July 25th at the Award Nominated Michael’s Men’s Club in Broussard, Louisiana. Paul and Tracy Allen were honored to be invited and were asked to judge the near impossible to judge competition. The event drew 13 beautiful contestants who battled it out in three different categories … Floor Show, Pole Tricks and Lap Dance.

The first category was “Lap Dance”. Each contestant showed patrons & judges something that is usually reserved for private entertainment. The girls were more than willing to entice their

I have to give a major shout out to Jacob Rivera who allowed me on this set in the first place. From there I’ve been contacting him regularly about his studio American Anal. I recently was on set this past Sunday for another amazing experience. It was more for research purposes outside of this column and meeting with him again. I witnessed the sole PA erect the large light producing monoliths. I would like to admit I even gave a hand moving a table around. I also saw Jacob checking the sturdiness of the upholstery as it was about to withstand some serious testing for what was about to take place that day.

Dead silence sets in as we start rolling. Jacob is filming Haley’s tall statuesque body strolling to the couch where she is about to get stuffed airtight by Bambino, Tyler Steel, and Tony Rubino.
