It’s May and the weather here in Tampa Bay is fantastic! Not too hot … not too cold … not a ton of rain … and temperatures in the 80s … yes we live in paradise! On the opposite side of that coin is the fact that it seems like every roadway in our area is under some sort of construction. Driving has been a real pain-in-the-ass and going from Hillsborough County to Pinellas County can take forever (especially during morning & afternoon drive times). US Highway 19 in north Pinellas is a mess as they are starting to build the overpass. I guess we need to turn on the radio, relax, take a deep breath and drive carefully!
Our May cover features Bare Assets in Holiday. The club has been remodeled inside and outside … the lighting & sound systems are amazing! Do yourself a favor and stop in … it’s well worth the visit!

Bad News: Still not skinny… lol - jk
Good News: I have lost 25 pounds and 4 inches off my waist. YAY!!!
Bad News: I have had a set back regarding my Asthma and lung function. After months of fighting with a new insurance company, trying to get back into the Pulmonologists’ office… I finally got a cat scan of my lungs that I needed. It shows the irritation has grown in size since the last visit.
Good News: It did get smaller once before, so Doc is pretty sure it’s not anything real scary (like “the C Word”) because it wouldn’t have responded positively from the last round of prednisone.
Bad News: I have to take Prednisone... again. Uuugggh.
Prednisone is a corticosteroid medication that can stimulate appetite as one of its side effects. This increase in hunger effects metabolism and the body’s stress response. The drug influences various hormones, including cortisol, which can lead to changes in how the body regulates hunger. Additionally, prednisone may enhance the sense of taste and smell, making

food more appealing and contributing to increased food intake. Consequently, people taking prednisone often experience heightened cravings, leading to potential weight gain if not managed carefully.
With all of that being said, I have certainly noticed a heightened excitement over food. For example, I decided to make some ribs the other day. ALL DAY long ALL I thought about is Ribs. How I’m going to season them? … How long in the oven? What temperature? … What time is it? … Oh! Gotta go in the oven by 3:30… What sauce will I pair with it? I can make that toward the end. What time is it? …Marinate vs. rub? Or both! … If I make marinade, I have to do that now! … Spicey vs sweet. No, Paul hates spicey food … What time is it? ... Ooo, what about Citrus and brown sugar in the marinade? Yum! Slow cooking then hi-broil more brown sugar on top, ohhh Yeah!!
… But I digress. … *Deep breath*
Hopefully, my will power will prevail! Luckily, I am very aware of all of this (this time around) and the dosage of Prednisone is lower and for less time than it was last year. And with the assistance of our girl Tanya, and my weight loss injections, it will calm this “food noise” and keep me on track.
Good News: I am dedicated and I will not let this be a set back!

The second annual NightMoves Elite Entertainer Contest will be held at Tampa Emperors Gentlemen’s Club on Sunday evening July 13. The event will once again be sponsored by Todd Couples Superstore and will feature $2,000 in cash and prizes.
The contest is open to local Tampa Bay area entertainers that have NEVER performed (or been paid) as a feature act. The event will be capped at 15 dancers and to enter all entertainers must e-mail NightMoves to receive an invite (PaulAllen@NightMovesUSA.com). There will be professional judges and the winner will also receive a full page feature article in NightMoves, a huge gift basket, the title of “NightMoves Elite Entertainer of the Year” and other prizes. All 15 contestants will be automatically entered into the “Best Elite Dancer” category at the 33rd Annual NightMoves Awards.

Hey, NightMoves! I’m a Central Florida native myself, born in Winter Haven Florida. I grew up there, as well asGainesville Florida and Atlanta Georgia. As a little girl, I wanted to be a novelist or an actress, and I have always loved the performing arts. I spent a few years in competitive gymnastics as a kid, but quit at 11 when the prospect of growing “too tall for this sport” seemed very likely. (I never got any taller!)
I worked at my first strip club at age 20, as a door girl and waitress, in Athens Georgia. As much fun as it was, I went ahead and finished my Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics and Italian Studies at UGA and went on to become a middle school teacher in North Carolina for several years. That was the toughest job I ever loved! But, sadly, the pay and the hours didn’t seem sustainable so I worked in office jobs, non-profits and campaigns for a while before I started pole dancing as a hobby.
I guess it is safe to say that pole dance took over my life, but I could not be happier at the opportunities I’m faced with. Year after year, as an independent contractor, content creator, and feature entertainer, I could not imagine a life more free or exciting for me.
I’ve had the most fun and success as a feature by branding myself as an entertainer with hand-balancing skills and unique shows with lots of opportunities for crowd participation. I love to balance on my hands, on anything nailed down …and on a lot of things that aren’t! ;) I enjoy training at the gym and the dance studio, learning new apparatuses and skills, and devising new show concepts to ‘wow’ my audience with.
In the month of May, you can come see me perform if you’ll be in Central Florida at Dandelion Fitness on Friday May 9, headlining ‘Sumthin’ Wild: A Rowdy, Risqué Revue’ and on Saturday May 17, featuring for one night (two shows!) at Silks Gentlemen’s Club in Palm Harbor. Let’s have some fun!

Paul, Tracy & the entire staff of NightMoves Magazine, past & present will ever forget the impression you made in Tampa Bay’s Adult Entertainment landscape and beyond. You will sincerely be missed
Gary Wheeler, a visionary, entrepreneur and pioneer in the retail industry, passed away peacefully, after a 2 year battle with cancer. Leaving behind a legacy of innovation, hard work, and dedication. Originally from New Jersey, Gary’s career took him across the country, where he built and managed a wide array of successful business ventures.
A true self-starter, Gary was among the early innovators in the adult space, always ahead of the curve and unafraid to take risks. He started out in the adult phone sex industry and found other opportunities in the adult world from there. Most notably, the XTC Adult Super Centers and Planet X. At his prime, he had 12 locations throughout Florida. He was also a shareholder in the 2001 Odyssey club in the 90’s.
His ventures laid the groundwork for countless opportunities, and he was widely respected for his sharp business acumen and relentless drive.
Later in life, Gary turned his attention to real estate, where he amassed a notable portfolio of residential and commercial properties in the Tampa Bay Area. His developments helped shape neighborhoods and supported local communities, reflecting his commitment not just to business, but to people.
Gary’s impact will be felt for generations to come— not only through the businesses and properties he built, but through the lives he touched along the way. He will be deeply missed by friends, colleagues, and family who admired his strength, generosity, and unshakable determination.

EXOTIC DANCER INVITATIONAL (EAST) COMPETITION
After enjoying a successful three year run at the Pony clubs in Huntsville, Alabama it was time for the Exotic Dancer Invitational to move on. The new location for 2025 was the Pony Memphis, and this made us happy because Memphis is one of our favorite cities.
The Exotic Dancer Invitational, an annual event, split into the East and West divisions. The West will be held in Colorado this coming June The winners of the two divisions get to compete at the Exotic Dance Expo in Las Vegas for the honor of Showgirl of the Year. The competition was held April 9-11. The first night was for the Starletts, those wit less than four years in the business The second night for the Showgirls with a special guest show by former champion Michelle Lynn.
The nights flew by. The even was well organized and ran smooth right on schedule. The winner were announced in record time Danny Meyers and Lauren Phillips were the host and hostess.
Abbi Normal brought her piggies, Raelyn the Stallion had a six foot erect sculpted penis that showed her. The judges liked Ginger’s Barbie best.
Phoenix Phires performed her Champaign bowl show, Hayla Faye did amazing leaps and flips. Dyna Divine wit her three ring choreography took it all. Hayla was first runner up and Phoenix second.
The Exotic Dance Invitational West will be held at Platinum 84 in the Denver, Colorado and then on to the Exotic Dancer Expo held this summer at the Flamingo resort in Las Vegas.
Chicago Exxxotica was held at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, April 11-13 and was a huge success! The convention features multiple vendor booths, stage acts, seminars, a full dungeon and tons of after parties! This year the expo also featured “The Fannys” and a few of the winners were: Jason Luv (Cocksman of the Year), Violet Myers (Most Valuable Vagina), Hailey Rose ( New Girl on the Block), Emma Rose (Trans Amour) and Phoenix Marie (Influencer of the Year).

TAMPA BAY LIGHTNING
Once again our Bolts made the NHL playoffs and once again they are playing the Florida Panthers in the first round (the 4th time in the last 5 years). The defending NFL champion Panthers are a damn good hockey team. They have
great goal tending, they score a lot of goals, they are physical and dirty. At press time the Lightning trail 2-1 and I feel the winner of this series will make a deep run in the playoffs … these are two very good teams. Come on Tampa … beat these guys!
TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS
The NFL draft was full of surprises and one of them was the Bucs first pick. Let me first say that I love wide receiver Emeka Egbuka from Ohio State. His 205 career receptions were the most in Ohio State history BUT did the Bucs really need a WR with their first pick? They just re-signed Chris Godwin to a three-year deal worth $66 million, and general manager Jason Licht said that Godwin is on schedule in his recovery from his ankle injury. Of course they also have future HOF Mike Evans who is enter ing the final year of his contract … why another wide receiver? They need help on defense!
In round two they did grab Notre Dame cornerback Benjamin Morrison who is solid. In round three they doubled-up on CBs and took Jacob Parrish from Kansas State. Round four the Bucs took edge rusher David Walker from Central Arkansas. The next round the Bucs tabbed defensive lineman Elijah Roberts from SMU. Lastly in round seven they went back to the WR route and took Tez Johnson from Oregon. I am a bit perplexed looking at the Bucs draft but they must know what they are doing. The defense needs to improve if we are going to make a run at the Super Bowl.
TAMPA BAY RAYS
– Up and down … up and down … that’s been the Rays season so far. At times they look good and other times they don’t. The team has the usual problems … they need to hit the baseball! Pitching has been ok but they just don’t score enough runs. At press time they have a 13-14 record and that isn’t terrible. The AL East is a tuff division but the Baltimore Orioles have had a terrible start, the Toronto Blue Jays & Boston Red Sox are around .500 and the NY Yankees only have a 15-11 record. The Rays still have a shot of winning the division and making a playoff run but they gotta hit!
KENTUCKY DERBY
The first Saturday in May features the Kentucky Derby from Churchill Downs in Louisville. Twenty horses will make the “Run for the Roses” and it is the fastest two minutes in sports! I like deep closers in the race and here are my top five horses: I like the favorite Journalism #8 with Sovereignty #18, Burnham Square #9, Sandman #17 and Tiztasic #14. Good luck and if you feel a little crazy, you should throw #10 Grande, #19 Chunk of Gold and #3 Final Gambit in a few tickets.

The combination of Dorcel and Ricky Greenwood has become a very successful pairing over the past couple of years. The award nominations and wins prove that. In this latest work it looks like another one that will be getting plenty of award buzz during the year. A throwback to the 1990’s with an adult video store theme is perfectly put together. The setting of the store with a total 90’s look of neon, VHS tapes, a mix of mainstream and adult and bright, flashy colors. Then the cast of characters who embody the 90’s feel in looks, wardrobe, actions and dialogue that adds another realistic element to this release.
thing leads to another and before you know this threesome starts getting into it, but decides to take outside in the back of the store. This is where it really gets hot and heavy with another steamy scene. These three leave nothing undone as Liz gives them all they can handle and vice versa.

This is another feather in Greenwood’s cap that will get a lot of buzz and award consideration. So, take a nostalgic trip back in time, it might even bring back your own memories or two.
