Uno, dos, tres... y cuatro. Sí, ¡4! Ya han pasado cuatro años desde que Night&Day Magazine ha llegado por primera vez a esta isla. Y este año como cada año hay varias novedades. Quizás no todos sabéis que realizamos un número especial de nuestra revista, N&D Winter Edition, presentado en Marzo en Miami durante la Winter Music Conference y que también se ha distribuido en Ibiza hasta el mes de Mayo. Estábamos hablando de novedades. También este año promocionaremos nuestra revista en el aeropuerto de Ibiza para acoger a los que elegirán Ibiza y Formentera para sus vacaciones (si los volcanes lo permitirán). Maybe not everyone knows that we made a special issue of our magazine, N&D Winter Edition, which was presented in March in Miami during the Winter Music Conference and also distributed in Ibiza till May. Let’s talk about news. Manuel Lopez ¿Dónde naciste?: En Alemania, aunque soy medio español. ¿Cuántos años tienes?: 39, un jovencito. ¿Qué signo eres?: Orgulloso de ser Acuario. ¿Desde cuánto vives en Ibiza?: Vine por primera vez en 2000 y vivo aquí todo el año desde 2005. ¿Por qué elegiste Ibiza?: Es un sitio muy especial y muy bonito. Me gusta mucho, la isla tiene una energía positiva especial. Sabemos que has sido director de Privilege, ¿qué diferencia hay entre tu trabajo anterior y el actual?: Sí, es verdad, desde 2004 hasta 2009 he dirigido Privilege. Mi trabajo actual es muy distinto ya que se trata de un negocio diferente. Ahora tengo que prestar más atención a los detalles. Privilege era para las masas, ahora es para gente de clase. ¿Echas de menos algo de tu anterior trabajo?: De Privilege, nada. He trabajado en el negocio de las discotecas durante 20 años y sentí que había llegado el momento de cambiar. ¿Qué es Novum?: NOVUM es un sitio especial que une bajo un mismo techo 2 restaurantes, una grande y lujosa lounge y un piano bar. Es un complejo donde se puede cenar y pasarlo bien. ¿Qué hacéis en Novum?: Soy uno de los socios accionistas y como siempre los jefes tenemos que hacer un poco de todo. ¿Cuál es vuestra política?: Nuestro objetivo es ofrecer un excelente servicio a nuestros clientes. Somos un lugar de reunión con estilo y clase donde los clientes pueden pasar una noche entera sin aburrirse.
¿Qué tipo de cocina tenéis?: Primero tenemos la GOURMET y como dice el mismo nombre, es una muy buena mezcla de cocina internacional de alta clase. Después tenemos la WOK que ofrece sushi y comida asiática y también una buena selección de platos italianos. ¿Novum es solamente un restaurante o también organizáis eventos?: También organizamos eventos, por ejemplo la gala de apertura del Ibiza Film Festival, y también desfiles de moda, exposiciones de arte y más fiestas especiales. No somos el típico local de noche. El 20 de Mayo de 2010 fue la noche de apertura del verano. Cuéntanos que pasó: La noche de apertura fue fantástica. Alrededor de 800 personas vieron lo que es NOVUM y vimos muchas caras conocidas de la isla. Fue una noche realmente muy especial y quisiera agradecer a todos los que acudieron. Novum se propone ofrecer algo distinto a las discotecas de Ibiza, ¿cómo y por qué?: No competimos con ninguna discoteca, no es lo que pretendemos. Queremos crear un espacio agradable donde uno se pueda relajar, cenar y divertirse entre amigos. Como manager reconocido, ¿tienes sueños en tu vida?: Claro, todavía tengo sueños como todos. Ser manager no quiere decir que haya alcanzado todo lo que quería. ¿Crees que Ibiza ha cambiado con los años? ¿Cómo?: Sin duda ha cambiado. Mejores clientes y menos turismo de masa. Un lugar en el mundo que te guste: ¡IBIZA! ¿Qué opines de nuestra revista?: Es una buena revista que se está consolidando con los años. Me gusta leerla.

Where are you from?: Germany, but I am half Spanish. How old are you?: 39 years young. What is your Zodiac sign?: A proud Aquarius. How long have you been living in Ibiza?: I first came here in 2000 and live here the whole year since 2005. Why did you choose Ibiza?: It’s a very special and very beautiful place. I like it a lot, the island has a special positive energy. We know that you’ve been the director of Privilege, what is the difference between your previous job and your present one?: Yes that’s true, from 2004 until 2009 I have been managing Privilege. My job now is much different as it is a different business. I have to look much more into the details. Privilege was the masses, now it’s the class. What do you miss of your previous job?: From Privilege – nothing. I have worked in the club business for 20 years and felt it was time to change. What is Novum?: NOVUM is a special place combining 2 restaurants, a big luxury lounge and a piano bar all under one roof. It’s a dining and entertainment complex. What do you do in Novum?: I am one of the shareholders and as always the bosses have to do a bit of everything. What is your policy?: Our aim is to give an excellent service to our customers. We are a stylish and classy venue where you can spend a whole night without getting bored. What kind of cuisine do you have there?: First we have the GOURMET and, as the name says, it’s a very good
mix of international high class food. Then we have the WOK that offers Sushi & Asian Food and a nice selection of Italian dishes as well. Is Novum just a restaurant or do you organize parties, too?: We also organizes events, for example we have the Big Opening Gala Event of the Ibiza Film Festival, and also fashion shows, art exhibitions and more special parties. We don’t do the typical disco party nights. On May 20th, 2010 it was the Opening night of the summer. Tell us what will happen: The Opening night was fantastic. Around 800 people could see what NOVUM is and we have seen so many known faces of the island here. It really was a very special night and I would like to thank everyone for coming. Novum wants to offer something different from the Ibiza clubs, how and why?: We are not competing with any club, that’s not our aim. We want to create a nice place where you can chill, dinner and enjoy your friends. As an established manager, do you have some dreams in your life?: Of course, I still have dreams like everybody. Being a manager doesn’t mean I have reached everything I wanted to. Do you think that Ibiza has changed over the years? How?: Yes, it has definitely changed. Better clients, less mass tourism. A place in the world that you like: IBIZA! What do you think about our magazine?: Good magazine established over the years. I like reading it.

Tuccillo ¿De dónde eres?: Nací en Italia, en Nápoles. ¿Cuántos años tienes?: 30 ¿Desde cuánto vives en Ibiza?: Desde hace 11 años. ¿Por qué decidiste vivir aquí?: Ibiza o te ama o te odia. Sentí amor desde el principio. Amo esta isla y su gente, no la cambiaría con ningún otro sitio en el mundo. ¿Cuándo empezaste a pinchar?: A los 15, produciendo por pura pasión. Iba a menudo a las tiendas de discos e instrumentos musicales y tuve la oportunidad de conocer a gente y entrar en el mundo de las discográficas. La primera fue U.m.m. ¿Cuál es tu género musical?: No sabría etiquetarme en un género en especial. Siempre he trabajado con distintos artistas, desde el chill-out hasta el house. ¿En qué te inspiras cuando produces?: En personas, sitios u otras culturas musicales que me emocionan. ¿Cuál ha sido tu última
producción?: Laptoploop eppara IsgudRecord. Algunas de tus producciones son remix de antiguas canciones italianas como “la Bambola”, ¿de dónde nace la idea de renovar estos clásicos?: La idea era homenajear a una gran artista italiana. ¿Prefieres pinchar con cd o vinilos?: Ambos. ¿Desde cuánto eres residente en Pacha?: 2 años. ¿A quién agradecerías por su ayuda en tu carrera?: A mi familia, mi mujer Eva, mis padrinos ibicencos Dj Pippi, Cesar De Melero y ¡sobre todo a Ibiza! Cuéntanos algo sobre tus producciones con dj Pippi: Fue uno de los que me descubrió, me dio la oportunidad de entrare en proyectos importantes y colaborar con dj famosos. Para mi es un padre. ¡Viva Pippi! Entre los djs con los que has colaborado, ¿a quién prefieres?: Cada uno tiene algo, no tengo preferencias. Quizás me lo pase mejor experimentando con Willie Graff, un gran experto del verdadero House Music.
¿Dónde podemos escuchar tu música, además de Pacha Ibiza?: Colaboro a menudo con Gloria de Rewind en Atzarò. Me encanta ese tipo de situación. También me gusta la idea de estar cerca del mar durante el día. Hay varios sitios como ése este verano. ¿Cuál es la mejor fiesta en la que has pinchado?: Pacha party@ZOuk Singapore. Novedades para este verano: Un live set. Tu próximo objetivo: Tener un hijo. Who would you like to thank to for helping you during your career?: My family, my wife Eva, my Ibiza godfathers Dj Pippi, Cesar De Melero and especially Ibiza! Tell us something about your productions together with dj Pippi: He was one of the people who discovered me; he gave me the chance to work in important projects and with famous djs. He is like a father to me. Long live Pippi! Among the djs you have worked with, who do you prefer?: Each one has something, I don’t prefer anyone. Maybe I have a better time experimenting with Willie Graff, a great expert of the real House Music. Paola Poletto Este mes hemos querido entrevistar a Paola Poletto, la primera mujer en pinchar en el famoso club Pacha de Ibiza. Para conocerla mejor le hemos hecho algunas preguntas: ¿Dónde naciste? En Torino ¿Cuántos años tienes? 35 ¿A qué edad empezaste a pinchar? A los 15 años, por pura casualidad. Durante muchos años estudié baile y un día para llamar la atención de un chico que no creía en mí empecé a pinchar. ¿Cuándo viniste por primera vez a Ibiza? En el ‘96 yo estaba en Londres y me llamaron para pinchar en Pacha. Fui la primera mujer en hacerlo. El viernes siguiente pinché en Space. ¿Por qué has preferido quedarte? Aunque viaje mucho siempre vuelvo a Ibiza, la isla me quiere aquí. ¿Qué tipo de música prefieres pinchar? Techno y house, aunque me guste mucho variar. ¿Qué sientes cuando estás en la cabina? Trato de mostrar mi talento más allá de mi imagen. Me siento inspirada por las mujeres, creo que la música debe caber en una mujer como un guante para que sea sensual. ¿Cuáles de tus colegas DJs estimas más? Entre las mujeres Cassy y me encanta Sarah Main por su espíritu enérgico. ¿Cuáles son tus influencias musicales? Me encanta escuchar todos los géneros desde el house hasta los clásicos, Mood Swing, Dennis Ferré y Badu. Depende de mi estado de ánimo. Con los años, ¿crees que tu estilo ha cambiado? Simplemente siento que he adquirido mayor seguridad, pero mi estilo es el house. ¿Crees que la música y los DJs están orientados sólo a la comercialización? No creo que el marketing deba cambiar el estilo de un DJ, sino mejorar su calidad. ¿Prefieres pinchar con vinilo o cd? En Ibiza cuando puedo utilizo el vinilo pero sobre todo pincho con Tracktor. ¿Dónde podemos escucharte en Ibiza? En Ushuaia, en Krink en Ibiza Global Radio, en la apertura de Space y de la Terraza de Pacha. Cuéntanos lo que te gusta más y lo que menos de Ibiza: Me encanta Ibiza por la conexión que se establece entre la isla y sus habitantes. Hay personas que se encuentran vinculadas a Ibiza de forma natural.También me gusta
el espíritu de tolerancia de la isla. Sin embargo, no me gusta la facilidad con la que los turistas abusan de esta tierra y la imagen que a veces se quiere transmitir que sólo está relacionada con los clubes. ¿Cómo ves tu futuro? No sé, no suelo planear mi vida. Sólo puedo programar mi trabajo que es la única cosa a la que estoy atada. ¿Qué piensas de nuestra revista? Night&Day Magazine me impresionó porque describe la esencia de Ibiza, mostrando la vida cotidiana en la isla y dando un contacto verdadero, real y completo.
This month we have interviewed Paola Poletto, the first woman who played at Pacha, the famous Ibiza club. We have asked her some questions in order to know her better: Where were you born? In Turin. What’s you age? 35. What age did you start to play? When I was 15 and it was by chance. I have studied dancing during many years and one day I started to DJing to catch the attention of a guy who didn’t believe in me. When was your first time in Ibiza? In 1996 when I was living in London, they invited
me to play at Pacha. I was the first woman in doing it. The following Friday I played at Space. Why did you decide to stay? Although I use to travel a lot, I always come back to Ibiza. The island wants me to stay here. Which kind of music do you prefer to play? Techno and house music, although I like changing. What do you feel when you are in a DJ booth? I try to show my talent beyond my image. I feel inspired by women and I think music should fit like a glove for a woman in order to be sensual. Which DJs do you respect the most? Among women Cassy and I also love Sarah Main for her energy. Which are your musical influences? I love listening to every genre, from house to the classics, Mood Swing, Dennis Ferré and Badu. It depends on my mood. Do you think your style has changed during the years? I simply feel that I’ve gained more confidence although my style is still house. Do you think music and DJs are only oriented to commercialization? I don’t think marketing should change a DJ style, but improve its quality. Do you prefer playing with vinyl records or cds? In Ibiza I play with vinyls whenever I can, although I usually play with Tracktor. Where can we listen to you in Ibiza? At Ushuaia, Krink in Ibiza Global Radio, the opening party of Space and Terraza at Pacha. Tell us what you like the most and the least of Ibiza: I love Ibiza for the connection between the island and its inhabitants. There are people who are naturally linked to Ibiza. I also like the tolerance of the island. However, I don’t like the easy way tourists take advantage of this land and the image that sometimes people want to transmit, which is only related to nightlife. How do you imagine your future? I don’t know because usually I don’t plan my life. I just can plan my work which is the only thing I’m tied up to. What do you think about our magazine? Night&Day Magazine really impressed me since it describes the essence of Ibiza, showing daily life in the island and giving a true, real and complete contact.

IBIZAGLOBALRADIO IBIZA Entrevista Toni Moreno: ¿Dónde naciste? En Vilanova i la Geltrú, Barcelona. ¿Cuántos años tienes? En Junio cumpliré 29. ¿Por qué decidiste dedicarte a la música? Desde muy pequeño siempre me apasionó el mundo de la música y el sonido. Mi hermano David ya trabajaba en la radio cuando yo tan solo tenía 5 años. Fue él quien me enseñó todo lo que tenía que saber para dedicarme al mundo de la música. Siempre me decía “tú no tienes que ser dj, mejor productor”. Bueno, yo quería las dos cosas. ¿Cuál es tu estilo musical? House fusionado con otros estilos musicales. Dependiendo del lugar, del público y de la energía puedo pinchar sonido más deep o más techno. ¿Por qué enfocar tu carrera a la radio? La radio es un punto de conexión entre artistas, público y música. Por suerte desde hace unos años existen radios en Ibiza con música electrónica las 24 horas. Es una ayuda muy grande para este estilo y para todos los que nos dedicamos a producir, pinchar, cantar o tocar. ¿Cuándo empezaste a trabajar en Ibiza Global Radio? Hace 5 años. ¿Te sientes más dj de radio o de club? Las dos cosas me gustan mucho. Es difícil contestar, creo que me siento más dj de club porque en la radio tienes que ser locutor y eso no es tarea fácil. ¿Disfrutas más poniendo música o produciéndola? Disfruto mucho con las dos cosas. No puedo elegir entre papá y mamá: quiero a los dos por igual. Creo que lo mejor es pinchar una producción tuya y que el público baile con energía. ¿Cómo definirías tus producciones musicales? Todas son diferentes, pero intento fusionar música house con otros estilos y que suene electrónico pero a la vez con un toque humano. ¿En qué te inspiras cuando produces tu música? En lo que me sucede durante el día y la noche, en mis experiencias. Dependiendo de lo que vivo mi estado de ánimo cambia y eso se refleja mucho en mis creaciones. ¿Cuándo fue tu primera

vez en Ibiza? Tenía 9 años y mi hermano ya vivía en Ibiza, así que en Agosto viajé por primera vez a la isla. Desde entonces me enamoré de ella y siempre que podía la visitaba, hasta que un día decidí que el billete de vuelo sólo era de ida. Este era mi lugar y aquí me quedé. ¿Tu mayor éxito profesional? Poderme dedicar a lo que más me gusta. Una fiesta para recordar: La primera vez que pinché en la terraza de Space, era fin de año. Un lugar favorito en el mundo: Kanuhura en las Islas Maldivas. Una persona muy importante en tu vida: Mi hermano David. ¿Qué es lo que más le gusta a tus amigos de ti y lo que menos? Lo que más les gusta no lo sé, tendría que preguntar. Lo que menos es que me pase tantas horas metido en el estudio. Una opinión sobre nuestra revista: Perfecta para informarte de todo lo relacionado con el día y la noche en Ibiza. Interview with Toni Moreno: Where are you from? Vilanova i la Geltrú, Barcelona. How old are you? I’ll be 29 in June. Why did you start in the field of music? Since I was young I was always attracted by the world of music and sound. My brother David was working in a radio when I was only 5 years. He taught me everything I needed to know to work in the world of music. He used to tell me: “Don’t be a DJ; it is better if you become a producer”. Well, I wanted to be both. Which is your music style? House music mixed with other music genres. Depending on the place, the public and the energy I feel, I can play a more deep or techno sound. Why did you focus your carrier on the radio? Radio connects artists, public and music. Fortunately, now in Ibiza there are radios broadcasting electro music 24 hours a day. It really helps this
genre and all producers, DJs, singers and dancers. When did you start working in Ibiza Global Radio? 5 years ago. Do you feel you are more a radio or a club DJ? I like both. It is difficult to answer; I think I feel more a club DJ because in a radio program you also have to speak, which is not easy. Do you enjoy more DJing or producing? I really enjoy both. I can’t choose between dad and mum: I love both the same. I think the best thing is playing one of my productions and seeing the people dancing with energy. How would you define your music productions? They are all different although I try to mix house music with other styles to reach an electronic sound with a human touch. Which is your inspiration when producing your music? I get inspired by what happens during the day and at night, my experiences. Depending on what I experience, my mood changes and that’s reflected
in my creations. When was your first time in Ibiza? I was 9 and my brother was already living in Ibiza, so in August I traveled to the island for the first time. I felt in love with it and always came back whenever I could, till one day I decided to buy a one-way ticket. This was my place and I decided to stay here. Your biggest profesional success? Doing what I like the most. A party to remember: The first time I played at the Space terrace, it was New Year’s Eve. Your favorite place in the world: Kanuhura in the Maldives. A very important person in your life: My brother David. What do your friends like of you the most? And what the least? I don’t know what they like the most, I should ask them. Hace muchos años que llegamos y ya no reconocemos nuestra isla de hippies que descubrimos por primera vez en 1986. Atrás han quedado los días en los que nos tumbábamos
en la arena con un pareo hecho en la India. Hoy nos vamos a Playa d’en Bossa que cuenta con camas con dosel y suntuosas toallas de baño firmadas Hernes. Las nuevas playas de moda organizan fiestas muy jet set y gradualmente los éxtasis se han cambiados por botellas de cristal Roederer, como ya ocurre desde hace años en el Niki Beach de St. Tropez. Ibiza es tan chic que Tanit se viste de Prada.
Like every year this month Ibiza-addicts gather here to attend the “Opening parties”, especially the Space’s one and of course we are not going to miss this electro fair which is unique in the world. We came here many years ago and things have changed a lot: Ibiza is not the hippy island it used to be when for the first time we discovered it in 1986. The days we used to lie on the sand with a beach
wrap made in India are over. Now we go to Playa d’en Bossa where you can find canopy beds and sumptuous beach towels by Hernes. The new fashion beaches usually organize very “jet set” parties and gradually ecstasies have been replaced by bottles of Cristal Roederer, as it happened many years ago at Niki Beach in St. Tropez. Ibiza is so chic that Tanit wears Prada.
Eh sí, mi querida Veronique, ¡Ibiza se ha vuelto burguesa de verdad! La isla ha perdido mucho de su autenticidad ya que las botellas de “Cristal Roderer” pocas personas pueden permitírselas, así como los pañuelos de Hermes, los pocos que pueden comprarlos vienen a Ibiza por el ambiente y la armonía que sólo se respiraba en esta isla, donde todas las clases sociales se unen en una alegría que contagia mientras buscan una evasión saludable.Las fiestas privadas que caracterizaban el
ambiente en la isla son cada vez más limitadas a un exiguo y ridículo número de participantes y, puesto que el contexto mundial se hace cada vez más “tenso”, me parecería lógico dejar que este tipo de diversión pueda ser asequible al mayor número de personas posibles. Por último, estas cosas se pueden hacer sin problemas tanto en Saint Tropez como en Miami, y además desde hace mucho tiempo. ¡No estoy para nada seguro de que esto es lo que buscamos cuando venimos a Ibiza!
Yes, my dear Veronique, Ibiza has become very bourgeois! The island has lost a lot of its authenticity since just few people can afford a “Cristal Roderer” bottle or a Hermes scarf. The few people who can buy them usually come to Ibiza for its atmosphere, the harmony which used to be on the island, where all social classes merge in joy to find a healthy escape. Now private parties are increasing and are limited to a minimal and ridiculous number of participants
and, due to the tense global context, I think it will be logical to allow this kind of entertainment for the majority of the people. Lastly, this sort of things can also be done in Saint Tropez or Miami, which started many years ago. I’m not so sure this is what we are looking for when we come to Ibiza!

Ibosim, el destino de una isla Ibosim, the destiny of an island Durante muchos años Ibiza fue la reina del comercio en el Mediterráneo por la posición favorable de los vientos y de las corrientes marinas y al mismo tiempo fue un lugar de tránsito para muchos pueblos que querían conquistarla. Los antiguos griegos llamaban Ibiza y Formentera con el nombre de “Pitiüses” que significa “isla de pinos”, debido a la presencia de muchos árboles de pinos en la zona. Éste es todavía su nombre actual. Los romanos la llamaron Ebusus, pero los primeros colonizadores más importantes de la isla fueron los fenicios en el año 654 a.C. Ibiza fue considerada como una isla vigilada y bendita por los dioses, la colonizaron dándole el nombre de Ibosim, que viene de Bes, un dios adorado por los cartagineses y los egipcios. El dios Bes suele llevar armas para alejar los malos espíritus, el Sa (nodo de la suerte) o instrumentos musicales. También se asociaba al entretenimiento y la música, por eso era el patrón de los bailarines. Parece casi que con su presencia durante los siglos ha marcado el destino de Ibiza convirtiéndola en un punto de encuentro de la música del mundo. Isla de antiguas profecías, lugar mágico y refugio de la humanidad, Ibiza ha tenido siempre una fuerte connotación positiva, acompañada por un rasgo muy presente en la cultura local: la tolerancia. En este lugar que con su energía puede despertar la conciencia, con sus caminos
de tierra batida que contrastan con la blanca flor de almendro en primavera, los bosques de pinos y los acantilados en el norte, el misticismo se manifiesta en la vida cotidiana. Ibiza is an island of ancient prophecies, a magical place, a shelter for humanity and has always had a strong positive connotation, accompanied by the tolerance, one of the main features of its local culture. This place has a strong energy which can wake up awareness. In a land where clay contrasts with the almond white flowers at spring, the pine tree woods and the northern cliffs, mysticism appears in the daily life. This is the best place in the world to meditate and recite mantras, free your mind from illusory reality and material tendencies.
Mantras’ vibrations, sounds and echoes are considered extremely important since different doctrines believe they can wake up the prana, or spiritual life, and even stimulate the chakras’ energy. Hausmann actor’s studio IBIZA “No sé dónde está mi límite… Lo que sí sé es dónde no está” ¿Dónde está el límite del actor? ¿Hasta dónde nos esforzamos para conseguir lo que queremos y cuánto estamos dispuestos a sacrificar por ello? Yo puedo hablar por mi y digo no sé dónde tengo mi límite y hasta dónde seré capaz de dar por alcanzar algo tan difícil como es ser un actor con reconocimiento... Conseguir alcanzar el triunfo, reconocimiento o simplemente ganarse la vida con su profesión, es un verdadero sueño que cuesta mucho sacrificio. En el Studio siempre he inculcado a mis alumnos que esto es así y que el camino es largo y lleno de sinsabores. Por lo tanto pienso que es muy importante tener una cabeza muy dura para aguantar cada vez que te dicen “NO”. Hace unos días tuve la oportunidad de realizar el casting más importante de mi carrera como actor, una de esas pruebas que no suelen surgir y menos en esta época en la que hay mucho actor y poco trabajo. Cuando llegué al sitio donde se realizaba la prueba me pasaron a una sala de espera donde me encontré a muchos actores conocidos del panorama actual de la televisión. Realmente impresionaba esa sala y la competición que se fraguaba en ella. Todos esos actores son los que yo llamo “actores que ya han pasado su punto de no retorno”, es decir que ya no hay vuelta atrás cuando ya llevas muchos años persiguiendo tu sueño y te has dejado por el camino relaciones sentimentales, amigos, problemas con la familia y problemas económicos. Cuando sientes que todos los que te rodean opinan que tu cruzada es inútil y que deberías abandonar. Cuando te encuentras luchando en la soledad más extrema, cuando llega un momento en el que absolutamente todo lo que haces desde que te despiertas hasta que te acuestas es buscar tu oportunidad con el único

“I don’t know where my limit is… I do know where it is not” motor de esa voz interior que te dice: “sigue adelante que lo vas a conseguir”. Cuando pasa todo eso en la vida de un actor es cuando ya puede empezar a llamarse a sí mismo “ACTOR” aunque aun nadie le reconozca como tal. Toda persona debe ir a por su meta, sin quejarse por todas las veces que deba levantarse después de un fracaso. Debe apretar los dientes más que nunca e ir a por ello, con muchísimo trabajo y sacrificando lo que sea para lograrlo. A los futuros actores que me lean quiero decir que esto es MUY CARO y MUY DIFICIL. Si se creen que existe éxito sin trabajo continuo, que sepan que NUNCA lo conseguirán.
Where is the actor’s limit? Which kind of efforts are we willing to make in order to reach what we want and how many sacrifices do we want to make? I can tell about my own experience: I personally don’t know where my limit is and what I’ll be able to do to reach such a difficult thing as being an appreciated actor... Being successful, appreciated or simply making a living out of acting is a real dream which means a lot of sacrifices. In the Studio I always instill my students that this is a very long and troubled path. For this reason I think it is very important to be an obstinate person so you can bear every time you listen to a “NO”.
Few days ago I had the opportunity to do the most important casting of my career; it was one of those unusual auditions, especially in this moment when there are a lot of actors and few jobs. Once I got to the place, they took me to the waiting room where I found a lot of famous actors of the present TV scene. That room really struck me because there was a lot of competition. According to my definition, those actors were “actors who have already passed the point of no return”, which means there’s no way back when it’s a long time since you are pursuing your dream sacrificing sentimental relationships, friends, familiar and economic problems. When everybody thinks your crusade is useless and you should quit, when you fight alone, when from the moment you get up till you go to bed the only thing you do is finding an opportunity pushed by your interior voice saying: “go ahead, you can achieve it”, when all this happens in an actor’s life, that’s the moment that person can call him/herself an “ACTOR”, although nobody thinks the same. Everybody should reach his/ her goal without complaining when he/she has to get up after a failure. He/she has to work harder and go for it, making every kind of sacrifices to reach it. I want to say to all the readers who want to be actors that this is VERY EXPENSIVE and VERY DIFFICULT. If you believe there’s success without continuous working, well, you have to know that you’ll NEVER reach it.

No siempre lo esencial es invisible a los ojos El sentido que Salvy sabe endulzar es la vista. Salvy es dibujante, pintor, escultor, decorador y escenógrafo. Además, se dedica al body painting y realiza performance con elocuentes trajes, colores y accesorios que dan vida a curiosos personajes. Un gran artista es aquel que puede hacer todo esto con pasión y efectividad, ya que Salvy convirtió su creatividad sin límites en un oficio y de la mano de su empresa Discotheatre nos hará disfrutar de sus magníficas creaciones durante todo el verano. Al ver sus cuadros podemos entender su particular modo de ver las cosas. Sus pinturas son el reflejo de su alma: “Pintar cuadros es algo muy íntimo que me devuelve paz, es como abrir una jaula a la que nadie puede entrar y de la que ni yo mismo puedo salir de otra manera que no sea pintando” nos resume Salvy. En cuanto a la decoración, sabe adaptar la idea que se quiere comunicar a cualquier espacio que necesite reforzar su imagen. “La escenografía es parte de mi vida, trabajo de esto hace veinte años y si no lo hago es como estar muerto. Me gusta pensar cómo voy a transformar un lugar y adaptarlo a lo que ese espacio necesita decir de sí mismo. Es un desafío porque cada lugar es diferente y cada fiesta o evento es distinta, por eso me apasiona tanto”. The drawer, painter, sculptor, decorator and set designer Salvy delights our sight. He also works as a body painter and makes performances with eloquent costumes, colors and accessories which bring life to strange characters. This big artist is able to do it combining passion and effectiveness, since Salvy turned his unlimited creativity into a job. Thanks to his company Discotheatre we will enjoy his wonderful creations during the whole summer. By seeing his paintings we
can understand his particular point of view. His paintings are his soul’s reflection: “Painting is something very intimate which brings me peace; it is like opening a cage where nobody can enter and from which I just can go out painting, that is the only way” Salvy sums up. As far as decoration is concerned, he is able to adapt the idea one wants to transmit to every space that needs to reinforce its image. “Scenography is part of my life, I have been working doing this since twenty years and if I don’t do it it’s like to be dead. I like to think about how I can transform a place and adapt it to what such space needs to tell about itself. It is a real challenge because every place is different and every party or event is not the same, that’s why it fascinates me so much”. According to his own words: “art emerges in my life in every moment and Ibiza is a place where I can create without limits. I feel really comfortable working here because there are a lot of opportunities and a great variety of products. In addition, this island concentrates a lot of energy which is difficult to find either to explain and that gives me many good ideas to feed my imagination”. When we ask him what he feels once his paintings are finished, he answers: “I feel satisfied. Seeing with my own eyes something which came out from inside my head is a unique sensation. Blue Fashion Festival - Ibiza Blue Fashion Festival, el evento más glamoroso de Ibiza, tendrá lugar del 2 al 6 de Junio de 2010 en algunos de los lugares más sugestivos de la isla. Blue Fashion Festival es una plataforma que proyecta una visión especial de ver la isla de Ibiza, una cita importante para creadores y diseñadores de la moda. El objetivo de este evento es conciliar las diferentes facetas de Ibiza, haciendo revivir su esencia de libertad y creando sinergias entre moda, fiestas temáticas, restauración y diferentes manifestaciones artísticas. El evento comenzará el 2 de Junio a las 18:00 con un cóctel de bienvenida en el hotel Aguas de Ibiza, donde se inaugurará el Shopping Mall, en el bosque de pinos alrededor del Palacio de Congesos de Santa Eularia de Riu. En este centro comercial los diseñadores tendrán la oportunidad de exponer sus creaciones como si estuvieran en galerías de arte. El día 3 de Junio abrirá el desfile Kurru Kurru y seguirá con Krizia Robustela, Ruben Perlotti, Charo Ruiz y Beatrice San Francisco.
A las 21.00 del mismo día tendrá lugar el White Party en el Restaurante Zensea situado en la playa de Cala Nova, que goza de una de las vistas más espectaculares de Ibiza, donde el mar será el protagonista absoluto. El 4 de Junio continuará la pasarela con el desfile de Dos Mares, Dolores Cortés y Juanio Oliva. A la puesta del sol tendrá lugar el Sunset Party que empezará a las 19.00 desde el pintoresco puerto de Ibiza en un catamarán que nos llevará por playa de Illetas y a continuación terminará la velada en uno de los lugares más elegantes y mágicos de Ibiza: la casa rural y spa Atzaró. Sábado 5 podremos admirar las colecciones de diseñadores como Josep Abril, Ana Locking, Jorge Tierra MARMADE, etc... Blue Fashion Festival - Ibiza The most Ibiza glamorous event, the Blue Fashion Festival, will take place from the 2nd to the 6th of June 2010 in some of the most suggestive places of the island. Desde hace 5 que vivo durante todo el año y cada día más contento de estar aquí. ¿A qué te dedicas?: Trabajo para USHUAIA desde su comienzo. Ya sabemos que tienes experiencia en el mundo de la música, ¿puedes hablarnos un poco de tu trayectoria como dj?: Ha sido mi vida durante 20 años y lo seguirá siendo, aunque en estos últimos no le he dedicado mucho tiempo, por mi trabajo en USHUAIA. Sin embargo, a partir de este verano estaré tocando en varias sesiones junto a mi amigo y dj residente Raul Dei. Define Ushuaia: Mmmhhh... Hacía mucha falta un lugar así en la isla. ¿Desde cuánto tiempo existe Ushuaia?: Verano 2008 ¿Dónde está?: Actualmente en el Hotel Fiesta Club Don Toni en la playa d’En Bossa, entre 2 dunas. Un lugar maravilloso. Después del éxito del año pasado, ¿cuáles son los programas para este verano?: Te adelanto algunos nombres: Sacha, Carl Craig, Guy Gerber y Tiefschwarz. Los miércoles, una selección de los sellos más “cool” del momento y los domingos Luciano & Friends. ¿Los eventos con más éxito en Ushuaia?: Sin duda alguna, las fiestas con Luciano son lo más representativo de Ushuaia. Han sido un gran éxito, sobre todo de calidad de público. Además, lógicamente, el closing del verano pasado. ¡Simplemente fantástico! Aquí han pinchado los

selection of the coolest labels and on Sunday Luciano & Friends. The most successful events at Ushuaia?: Undoubtedly, the parties with Luciano are the most event at Ushuaia. Es muy sencillo de encontrar. ¿Cuál es el secreto de tanto éxito?: La calidad de nuestros productos, un buen ambiente familiar. Parece estar en casa. ¿En la vida sigues el lema “Carpe Diem” (aprovecha el momento fugaz) o eres más reflexivo?: Siempre he sido una persona reflexiva pero me di cuenta de que lo correcto es aprovechar del momento. Una buena oportunidad nunca aparece dos veces. ¿Cuál es tu pizza favorita?: Pizza Bresaola, con bresaola, rúcula y lonchitas muy fina de parmesano, cocida en el horno a leña. ¿Y la pizza más inusual?: No nos gustan los sabores extraños, apostamos más por la tradición. Exportar a Ibiza la verdadera pizza italiana no es simple, ¿tienes algún secreto?: Muchos años de experiencia me han permitido producir un buen producto y un buen horno a leña hace su parte. Which is the most unusual pizza?: We don’t like strange tastes, we bet on tradition. It is not easy to export the real Italian pizza to Ibiza, can you tell us some secrets?: Thanks to many years of experience and a good stove I can make a good product. Define with three adjectives the Carpe Diem pizza: Good, delicious and traditional. Apart from pizza, do you offer other specialties?:
The “Fiorentina” meat, fresh pasta and delicious homemade desserts. Tell us something about the new Carpe Diem chillout area: It is a private space where our clients can comfortably have an aperitif before eating in a calm and relaxing atmosphere, with good background music. When did you open the Carpe Diem?: 4 years ago. Which is your policy?: Good products and satisfied clients. Why did you choose Ibiza?: It was by chance. The first time I came here with my ex girlfriend. Sometimes we do make mistakes for women but at the end everything was fine. Have you got news for this summer?: Yes, I have. We are preparing a new menu with our cook Andrés. What do you think about our magazine?: I really like the content, apart from being a useful guide for tourists. It is different from the others and much more attractive.

BRUNO REYMOND is the designer of the Maison de l’elephant, defined as a LIFE STYLE concept based on the fusion of different styles, periods and tendencies. All the pieces he suggests as well as his projects are really out of the ordinary and unconventional. Due to his international renown, this extraordinary designer decided to set a unit in Barcelona, the European capital, in order to better coordinate his various projects around the world. Cala Llentrisca Probablemente es la playa más aislada de Ibiza, situada a 8 km de San Josep, en dirección Es Cubells. La única manera de llegar a Cala Llentrisca es caminando por un sendero que se desenreda por lugares como el Área Natural de Especial Interés de la Costa Sur de Ibiza, rodeado por una espesa vegetación. La playa se extiende a lo largo de unos 100 metros y consta de un camino de gravilla. Cala Llentrisca toma su nombre del promontorio rocoso que se eleva detrás de ella dividiendo la costa sur de la oeste. La cala es muy poco conocida por los turistas y por lo tanto es una buena razón para elegirla si quieres paz, relajación y silencio. La única evidencia de la presencia humana son los chamizos, edificios de madera que dan cobijo a los pescadores y caracterizan el paisaje pintoresco de la cala. La pureza de las aguas que bañan la preciosa bahía hace que sea popular entre aquellos que practican buceo, debido la biodiversidad de este colorido telón de fondo. La densa vegetación compuesta por árboles de cedro es el marco de este Jardín del Edén: la luz verde se refleja casi como si la tierra y el mar se unieran en un solo elemento. Desde este privilegiado punto de vista puedes disfrutar de una increíble vista de Ibiza y todos los islotes que emergen en el horizonte, un espectáculo natural visible durante la baja marea. It is probably the most isolated beach of Ibiza, situated at 8 km from San Josep (direction: Es Cubells). The only way to get there is walking along a path which winds along the Natural Area of Special Interest of the South Coast of Ibiza, surrounded by thick vege-
tation. The beach stretches along nearly 100 meters and the road is made of gravel. Cala Llentrisca takes its name from the rocky promontory which elevates behind it and divides the south from the west coast.Very few tourists know this place so it is a good reason if you want to enjoy peace, relax and silence. The only evidence of the human presence is the “chamizos”, wooden buildings which shelter fishermen and give to the cove a picturesque touch. Hola, esta es mi historia: Mi nombre artístico es Pippi Issis Ibiza. Hace veinte años llegué a esta isla de Nunca Jamás y decidí ser “Campanilla” y Peter Pan y aquí estoy haciendo mis sueños realidad. Primero salí durante diez años con mi Corazón “vivo” intensamente bailando y bailo (hoy) ganándome la vida como una “Happy Hippy Pippi”. En el año 2000 con el cambio de milenio decidí casarme con el cero universal, cuando estás a cero estás en “armonía”, simplemente “estás”. El 28 de Agosto del año 2000 fui coronada en la playa de Benirras “Princesa Espiritual de la Paz Universal o Hada”. Recuerdo que fue la última fiesta de paz que la policía permitió porque después de esta se prohibieron todas las fiestas de tambores. Hoy sólo los domingos de verano les dejan tocar hasta altas horas de la madrugada. Recuerdo que dibujaron una circunferencia (un T) con un radio y un centro. Entré por este radio y me instalé en el centro, a partir de ese momento “la emoción universal” entró en vigor, vinieron del mundo entero con sus barcos y bajaron a la playa para este evento de “Paz y amor”. Había unos 250 tambores y toda la noche tocaron sin parar, fue una ceremonia maravillosa. Fui coronada “Princesa de la Paz” y me ofrecí para ser un canal de diosa Tanit para que ella utilizase mi cuerpo para transmitir “Paz y amor” con mi baile, canto, mi campanilla de bronce que traje del Tíbet, donde fui preparada por mi maravilloso maestro y guía espiritual. Tenia que mostrar al mundo que
yo era realmente campanilla aunque hasta esa noche nunca había tocado una campanilla. Mi maestro me dijo: “Pippi, deja fluir tu vida y verás que los Milagros se harán realidad, no olvides que somos dioses dentro de un cuerpo humano y con tu amor tendrás una vida bella y llena de imaginación, simplemente relájate. Esa noche toqué mi “campanilla Tibetana” como si fuese una gran profesional. Es por eso que los franceses me llaman “clochet”.
Hi, this is my story: My stage name is Pippi Issis Ibiza. 20 years ago I came to this Neverland Island and decided to be “Tinker Bell” and Peter Pan and so I’m here to make my dreams come true. First, I have danced with my lively heart for ten years and now I make a living as a dancer like a “Happy Hippy Pippi”. In 2000 with the millennium change I decided to get married with the universal zero, when you are a
zero you are in “harmony”, you only “are”. The 28th of August 2000 I was crowned “Spiritual Princess of Universal Peace or Fairy” on the Benirras Beach. I remember it was the last peaceful party the police allowed, since later they prohibited all drum parties. Now just on Sundays in summer it is allowed to play drums till the following morning. I remember someone drew a circle (a T) with a radio and a center. I stepped into the center and that’s when the “universal feeling” began. They came from all over the world with their ships and came down to the beach to attend that peaceful and loving event. They played 250 drums the whole night, it was a wonderful ceremony. I was crowned “Princess of Peace” and offered myself to be a channel of the goddess Tanit, so she could use my body to transmit peace and love through my dance, voice and the bronze bell I brought from Tibet, where I was trained by a wonderful master and spiritual guide. I had to show the world I was a real Tinker Bell although I had never played a bell before that night. My master told me: “Pippi, let your life flow and you’ll see how miracles will come true. Don’t forget we are gods inside a human body and with your love you’ll live a good life full of imagination. Just relax yourself.” That night I played my Tibetan little bell as a professional. That’s why French people call me “clochet”.

¿Cómo te llamas?: Pamela ¿De dónde eres?: Italiana ¿Qué signo eres?: Tauro ¿Cuáles son tus aficiones?: Amo leer, ir al cine, practicar deporte, adoro viajar, escuchar música y estar con mis amigos. ¿Desde cuánto vives en Ibiza?: Llegué aquí por primera vez en el año 97, me enamoré de esta isla y al año siguiente empecé a quedarme durante todas la temporadas estivales hasta el año 2000, año en que decidí no volver y empezar a dedicarme a lo que siempre había querido hacer y por lo que tanto había estudiado. Volví a Ibiza en el año 2006 y en 2007 decidí quedarme. ¿A qué te dedicas?: He trabajado muchos años en el sector turístico y he viajado y vivido en casi todo el mundo, hasta que un día me di cuenta de que estaba perdiendo un poco mis raíces y necesitaba un lugar donde establecerme y poder vivir bien. ¿Y cuál sitio mejor que Ibiza? Entonces, para volver a tu pregunta, desde cuando estoy aquí he trabajado en lounges restaurants de azafata y relaciones publicas, he trabajado en la campaña publicitaria y promocional de una importante marca de vodka y he participado en distintos fashion shows y desfiles de moda. ¿Cuáles son tus proyectos para este verano?: Este verano trabajaré cada domingo de RRPP para la fiesta Vagabundos del grupo Cadenza de Luciano & Co en Pacha y llevaré también la distribución del merchandising del mismo grupo. Además, trabajaré en la puerta del privado de Ushuaia, un lugar emblemático que me encanta, y estoy abriendo un restaurante junto con mi novio Roberto y un querido amigo, Lorenzo. ¿Qué tipo de ambiente encontraremos en tu restaurante?: Será un local cool, fresco y sobre todo distinto. Apuntamos a tener allí a nuestros amigos y conocidos de siempre con la dinámica de un lugar que tiene una ubicación extraordinaria. ¿Dónde está situado?: Está en primera línea del puerto, justo en frente de donde salen los barcos para Formentera, unos de los “te-
rrenos más pisados de la isla”. ¿Cuál es tu conexión con la isla? : Mi conexión con Ibiza es muy profunda y nació la primera vez que llegué aquí. Quedé fascinada por la magia y la sensualidad de la isla, por todas las personas que he conocidos durante todos estos años y por las experiencias inolvidables que he vivido aquí, algunas realmente fuertes y tocantes. ¿Crees que Ibiza ha cambiando con los años?: La verdad, sí, ha cambiado muchísimo. Creo que ahora todo está muy concentrado en la imagen y en aparentar y se han dejado atrás algunas características genuinas que hacían de esta isla un lugar realmente especial en el mundo. De todas formas he intentado evolucionar y crecer al paso que Ibiza está marcando y no quedarme enganchada a lo que fue. Se puede encontrar su encanto también ahora buscando más a fondo. ¿Qué es lo que más te gusta de Ibiza?: La libertad de vivir como quiero ¿Tienes un sueño escondido?: Tengo muchos sueños pero mi deseo más grande es el de encontrar paz, serenidad y equilibrio conmigo misma para vivir en armonía con el ambiente y las personas que me rodean y para dar lo mejor de mí en todo lo que haga. Por cierto, otro gran deseo que tengo es el de ser madre. La persona más importante de tu vida: Mi mama. Define a Pamela en tres palabras: Leal, intensa y solar. How long have you been living in Ibiza?: I arrived for the first time in ‘97, felt in love with the island and the following year stayed for the summer period until 2000, when I decided to not come back and started to work in what I have always wanted to do and for which I have studied a lot. I came back to Ibiza in 2006 and in 2007 decided to stay here. What’s your job?: I have worked for many years in tourism and lived almost all over the world, until one day I realized I was losing my roots and needed a place to live well. There’s no better place than Ibiza! So, to come back to your question, since I live here I have worked as a hostess and PPRR in lounges restaurants, for the advertising and promotional campaign of a vodka and participated in different fashion shows and catwalks. Which are your plans for this summer?: This summer every Sunday I’m working as RRPP for the Vagabundos, a party of the Cadenza group by Luciano & Co at Pacha and leading the merchandising distribution of the same group. In addition, I’m working at the Ushuaia’s privée, an emblematic place which I love, and opening a restaurant together with my boyfriend Roberto and a beloved friend, Lorenzo. Which kind of atmosphere can we find in your restaurant?: It will be a cool, fresh and above all different place. We aim at being there with our friends with the dynamic of a place with an extraordinary location. Where is it?: It’s in the port just in front of the sea, where the ships to Formentera leave, one of the “most stepped land of the island”. Which is your connection to the island?: My connection to Ibiza is very deep and was born the first time I came here. I was fascinated by the island’s magic and sensuality, the people I have known during all these years and the unforgettable experiences I have lived here, some of them really strong and touching. Do you think Ibiza has changed over the years?: Yes, it has changed a lot. I think now
everything is based on image and showing off and left behind some genuine characteristics which used to make the island a really special place. Anyway, I have tried to develop and grow at the time Ibiza is marking and not getting caught by what used to be.You can find its charming side going deeper. What do you like the most of Ibiza?: The freedom to live as I want. Have you got a dream?: I have got a lot of dreams although my greatest wish is finding peace, serenity and balance inside myself in order to live in harmony with the environment and the people surrounding me and give my best in everything I do. Pin-up, inocente sensualidad Divas con piernas largas y sinuosas pero con mirada serena, casi infantil y harmoniosa. Éstas fueron las pin-up desde 1910 cuando la amplia difusión de sus historias en revistas ayudó a darles una característica común porque las privaba del aura de misterio de las estrellas de la época. Las Pin-Up siguen siendo iconos de una belleza que nunca es excesiva, la imagen de una mujer que sabe mantener el difícil equilibrio entre el erotismo, el buen gusto y la discreción. Algunas de las más representativas fueron creadas entre los años ‘20 y ‘60, mientras el mundo del arte se convertía en un estilo más moderno, innovador y no representativo. En la Galería en Nueva York de Louis K. Meisel podemos observar los trabajos de los grandes ilustradores de la época como Rockwell, Parrish, NC Wyeth, Lyendecker y muchos otros. Es el único lugar donde se pueden admirar estas obras maestras y valorar este tipo de arte, del que Louis K. Meisel es el principal promotor y distribuidor en el mundo, con su primer libro “Great American Pin-up” (Taschen 1996) que contiene las obras de 72 artistas de la época. Uno de los artistas más importantes y populares de la época que podemos encontrar en la galería es Gil Elvgren, que durante muchos años nos has hecho soñar
con sus ilustraciones femeninas y provocativas pero a la vez usuales y moderadas. Este poeta del diseño glamoroso del siglo XX, durante su carrera de más de 40 años se confirmó como icono de los coleccionistas y los amantes del pin-up en todo el mundo. Pintaba las chicas en primer lugar, en posturas maliciosas, revelando más que sus formas y sorprendiendo a los observadores sus miradas sugerentes. A principios de los años ‘40 su estilo cambia ya que empieza a dibujar sus primeros desnudos.Posteriormente se muda en Florida, donde afirmó su reputación entre las celebridades de la época que deseaban ser retratados por el lápiz de este gran artista, entre las cuales mencionamos Myrna Loy, Donna Reed y Kim Novak. Entre los años ‘50 y ‘60 aparecer en los calendarios de Elvgren se había convertido en una verdadera moda entre los personajes famosos que querían ser inmortalizados por este icono con su estilo inconfundible. Elvgren tenía la capacidad de reproducir la realidad captada por los sentidos. Sensualidad significa explorar la naturaleza del ser, vestir su perfume agradable e infrecuente, explorar el mundo, la vida y el amor, probar el éxtasis del apasionado mundo de los sentimientos, habitado por artistas, poetas, compositores y soñadores.

Pin-up, innocent sensuality Sinuous and long legged divas with a serene, almost childish and harmonious look: those were the pin-ups since 1910 when magazines started to tell their histories and gave them a common feature: differently from the stars of the moment, they didn’t have a mysterious aura. The Pin-Ups are still the icons of a beauty which is never excessive, the image of a woman who knows how to maintain the difficult balance between erotic, good taste and discretion. Some of the most representative were created between the 20s and the 60s while art was becoming more modern, innovative and non representative. In the Louis K. Meisel’s Gallery in New York we can see the work of great illustrators such as Rockwell, Parrish, NC Wyeth, Lyendecker and many others. It is the only place where you can admire those masterpieces and appreciate that kind of art, whom Louis K. Meisel is the main promoter and distributer around the world. His first book “Great American Pinup” (Taschen 1996) contains the works of 72 artists of the pin-up movement. One of the most important and popular artist of that period we can find in the gallery is Gil Elvgren. For many years he has made us dreaming
