Vienna Hub Creative Circle 2020-04 A creative group, or a group of creatives - where all can be both mentor/ee 6 of the “creatives” update their slides here regularly… Anyone in the group can contribute feedback at any time in the private facebook group VH CC Mastermind 2020. ( nb - at the moment some selected others can follow there too as a learning process ) A PDF is printed to issuu at fixed timepoints for 40-60 minute review by the group in a face to face meeting ( or zoom while we are in shutdown ) enabling contribution of ideas for and by others. Aim - Building collective wisdom, sharing ideas and energy, creating impact and value. Vision - “all” people are in such a group, all moving forward one step daily towards their goals. Creativity, adaptability, managing agile projects, entrepreneurship – there are the most demanded skills in modern companies. You can visit hundreds of trainings but important is your experience in doing concrete impactful things. That’s what this project is about – understand, practice agile methods with minimum bla-bla theory. Prototype real use cases, learn how to create user centric solutions, learn how to manage your creativity. 1 - 4x2 weekly (introduction to agile methods, light touch). Every week new method. 2 - 2 full days thematic practical workshops (deep dive and practice (topics: Boosting creativity, Scrum for beginners, Lean management, Design thinking)
In the beginning indoor locations with further possibility to make outdoor workshops. New topics can be added depending on demand and requests during the sessions.
2 Promotion. Target audience: -ones who desire to develop the following skills: Creativity, adaptability, managing agile projects, entrepreneurship.
