A coaching program based on team coaching and collective wisdom This is the Women with Passion team. Could be on any topic, ie inclusion of refugees with 5 Austrians an 5 refugees Meeting in 90 minute slots to review progress on GOST with logical incrementalism approach. Can be once a month, once a week, or daily for those with time For the WWP people, they get exposure to new companies and new managers and new Women with Passion.,in different age ranges, experience and walks of life Financially, the process is designed for the coach to be paid, and the organising and project management to be a paid role, with all participants contributing according to the value perceived and gained.
