Winifred Marian Fakondoh My name is Winifred Fakondoh, am part of WYCF family.Am a graduate for the University of SL(FBC) in Sociology and CDS.My Passion has been working towards the development of communities/individuals especially women and girls. My passion in life has always been making changes in the lives of people especially children from poor backgrounds who society view as insignificant as a result of varieties of social distinct. Santigie Bayo Dumbuya My name is Santigie Bayo Dumbuya , from Sierra Leone, I am the Founder and CEO of a local growing Charity organisation called We Yone Child Foundation www.weyonechildfoundation.org . The charity was founded in 2009, since its foundation we have established three Primary schools with over 700 vulnerable children receiving sustainable quality education and family business grants including programmes focus on girls and women issues. I an enthusiastic individual and highly motivated person, with skills in the are of social media marketing, project management, volunteer coordination and community mobilization to achieve common goal. I have participated in many international event both on site and online with the most recent at Young African Leaders Initiative established by past President Barack Obama, where I was awarded as Community Community Caretaker and also 2016-2017 Ashoka Scholar and currently the Country Coordinator for Network of African Youth for Development. Abdul Karim Dumbuya Hi everyone, my name is Abdul Karim Dumbuya a social worker working for We Yone Child Foundation Sierra Leone. I have been working here for 18 months now and my aim and objective working here is to see how best I can help in creating a better life for vulnerable children living in the slums and in the street of Freetown by assisting them with better education,livelihood support and also render counseling in a way to captivate their minds and make them to think positively by seeing themselves as future leaders.
