Introduction Vienna Happiness Project was formed in 2010 to allow a webaddress link from a Vienna wide “artproject happiness” show on 36 digilight screens around town, after 4 years of Happiness Coaching and 6 years of Artproject Happiness.

The focus of Vienna Happiness Project now is on systematically spreading happiness in Vienna as a best practice model for others, with the goal of having more happy, smiling people on the streets. An intention is to transition people from jobseeking into local jobs that work as teams to create value and contribute to an increase in productivity of Vienna citizens, on the premise that people are our most important asset.

The Committee of Five edited Jefferson's draft. Lockean roots hypothesis[edit] In 1689, Locke argued in his Two Treatises of Government that political society existed for the sake of protecting "property", which he defined as a person's "life, liberty, and estate".[7] In A Letter Concerning Toleration, he wrote that the magistrate's power was limited to preserving a person's "civil interest", which he described as "life, liberty, health, and indolency of body; and the possession of outward things".[8] He declared in his Essay Concerning Human Understanding that "the highest perfection of intellectual nature lies in a careful and constant pursuit of true and solid happiness".[9] According to those scholars who saw the root of Jefferson's thought in Locke's doctrine, Jefferson replaced "estate" with "the pursuit of happiness", although this does not mean that Jefferson meant the "pursuit of happiness" to refer primarily or exclusively to

Key findings.

Many different definitions of happiness. Its an individual/personal thing.

Build a “bank balance” of things that we feel make us happy, which we can control, to balance out the things that occur over which we have no control. ie positive words, positive people, friends, hugs, fresh air, exercise, eating well, to balance say deadlines at work, the death of a pet or dropping an ice cream.

Describing how you are or how your day is. On a scale of 1 to 10. What if only 1 or 10?
