ARTworkBALANCE 2015 Featuring award winning Artist Petronilla Hohenwarter and facilitated by Nigel Stonham, MBA. ARTworkBALANCE is a oneofakind professional and personal development experience. It is a lively and stimulating session through the lens of Petronilla the artist. It is based around her artworks, which prompt and provoke new thoughts and fresh ideas outside the normal daily routine. Creative impulses gained in the workshop can be directly applied to working and/or life situations, bringing benefits to the individual, and to the organisation. ARTworkBALANCE is an "Art Tickle" that serves as a ThinkUbator to mobilise your potential, reactivate your inner resources, and create fun for individuals and teams. It supports and encourages your creativity. This experience has been attended by marketing specialists, retail managers, landscape architects, hotel management and other individuals interested in exploring their inner creativity to enhance their personal and professional skills.

ABOUT THE TEAM The Artist Petronilla Hohenwarter, from Germany, lives in Waldkirchen not far from Munich, Prague and Vienna. She had an artist residency in Chicago during October, 2014. Her Solo Show was held at 33 Contemporary Gallery Showroom located in the Zhou B Art Center during the recurrent Third Friday openings which coincided with the 10year celebration of the gallery and the center. Petronilla has received many awards during her career as an artist, the earliest being in 2002 from the Bavarian Ministry of Art, Research and Science, and most recently the 2014 Culture Award for her Outstanding Artistic Work from the Kulturkreis e.v. District FreyungGrafenau. Petronilla is also an accredited Personal Development Coach and delivers her accumulated knowledge through personal and business events such as ARTworkBALANCE, using her artworks as additional prompts to facilitate people in their personal development. He received an MBA in 1996 specialising in Strategy and Creative Management and works now as a Happiness Coach, Strategy Mentor and English Trainer.
