TERM: FALL 2022

The corporate office’s design is inspired and informed by the characteristics of a bridge in the forest, an element that references the project’s desired sense of communication and union. This will be accomplished by introducing a sense of modernity within an overall organic design. The concept will be demonstrated through the space’s horizontal natural lines within the interior architecture. Desk partitions will give occupants a private work space, while layered lighting will induce a tranquil and productive atmosphere. Industrial textures such as concrete will be incorporated throughout the office and will reinforce the modern aesthetic. Curvilinear lines will be used throughout the space. Natural materials along with biophilic elements will be used throughout the space and will further emphasize the organic feel. Furniture with simple lines will support the modern aesthetic, while smooth and simple textiles will help soften the design of the office. Large windows within the space will be used to accomplish the open and luminous feel. The design will evoke a mood of productivity while remaining serene.
