After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from San Diego State University, his Real Estate license, and his Broker © designation in 1995, Russ served as a Residential Appraiser, Commercial Real Estate Broker © and as a New Home Sales Representative for a nationally recognized homebuilder.
