A dispute between three Spanish and English ships resulted in the drift of two of them between the artificial reef of British concrete blocks. The crash has perforated the oil chamber of both ships and is contaminating the area with such speed that the Mediterranean Sea could be in danger. Sea Infrastructure will be block from moving for 6 turns until the situation is over but they can still trade with their fishes every turn.

+ Oh but I think that the policement will be making a move and by look it at it they will leave a weak point behind.
- mmm... you are right! we need to think how to solve that.
- You are right! maybe we can try to stop them, we dont have as much power as them but at least we will be an obtacle for the drug dealers.
- We should take the oportunity to ain point by helping people in the accident.

- They will most probably leave an open door if they move towards the accident, but I’m sure they will do something about it. + Agree, but I think they could have much more changes to deliver goods if we send a mass of boats at the same time. - Yes! That way they will not be able to at least stop them all.

It is getting more and more popular and therefore, difficult, to control this jumps of the border since nest of immigrants are getting larger with time and law enforcement have not the enough “tools� for it to stop it.

By sea Most of the conflicts on the frontiers between Spain, England and Morocco are based on the water limits which most of the time are illegally crossed by immigrants coming in “Pateras�. However, they are not the only ones who does this; fishing boats have also crossed some part of the water-frontiers in order to fish in better places or places in which they can catch more fish.

Using fast boats sometimes with more than 5 engines, makes the police jobs nearly impossible. However there are new methods of control for this case such as underwater barriers.
