designers was to design a microwave oven whose manner of operation should be self-explanatory. “P.I.C. N.I.C” is one of the results produced by the italian designer Riccardo Giovanetti. It’s a conceptual design of a portable cordless microwave that also serves the function of a picnic basket.

Place
Place the microwave in a safe spot. Make sure that the surface is leveled and not at risk of falling.
Open
Open the upper lid, make sure the internal basket is clean and empty. Insert the food you want to microwave.
Microwave
Set the knobs with the desired time and power. For additional informations consult your food’s packaging. Close the lid and the microwave will start heating.
