TOS Project management and implementation supervision The implementation of a Terminal Operating System (TOS) concerns the entire organization of a terminal: the operations department, the administration, the accounting department, the commercial department and the technical services. To reduce risks and make sure that the project gets implemented within time and budget, a solid project management approach is required to make sure the supplier delivers the agreed upon system (scope).

Besides the involvement of the internal organization, the customers are also concerned when implementing a terminal operating system. From the start of the project, customer involvement is required.
