SxC Jakarta Batch 10 Open Recruitment

Shifting the original way of recruiting new members into a more practical outcome is what the Batch 10 member recruitment is all about. As the CEO, I substituted FGD as a recruitment step and initiated StudentsxCEOs Jakarta Apprentice, where the candidates are put in groups and were required to create a small event about self-development and entrepreneurship. The result is quite remarkable and has filtered the best candidates possible, which are still actively contributing and performing well in StudentsxCEOs Jakarta until now.
