Polaris Lounge at Newark Liberty International Airport Nicholson Corporation was selected by Holt Construction to complete the millwork for the 27,000 sqft Polaris lounge located within Terminal C of Newark Liberty International Airport. The Polaris Lounge features millwork with highly integrated state-of-the-art food service equipment, lighting, electrical, plumbing, coring, metal, stone and more.
Successful execution of such an intricate project is attributed to the natural “all hands on deck” approach accross all departments at The Nicholson Corporation.

Our millwork-specialized union carpenters, with more than 20 years of experience, then execute the project in our on-premise carpentry shop.
Our Studio Our 10,000 sqaure foot on-premise carpentry shop is home to state-of-the-art tools & equipment which facilitate the creation of panelling, mantels, cornices, molding, cabinets, doors, and shelving. Our shop is also equipped to design and work with prefinished stone for custom countertops.
