We completed the seven-story, 220,000 SF patient pavilion addition to the Jeļ¬erson Kennedy Hospital in Cherry Hill, NJ. Along with constructing the Cold Form Metal Framing for the building exterior, we also installed all interior framing, drywall, ceilings, doors, and wall protections throughout the facility. These additions allow the hospital to provide better emergency care thanks to 60 additional patient rooms, new radiology department, operating suites, green roof, and heliport. Nicholson Corporation was selected by Holt Construction to complete the millwork for the lounge, located within Terminal C of Newark Liberty International Airport. The 27,000 SF lounge features superior quality millwork with highly integrated state-of-the-art food service equipment, countertops, seating, lighting, electrical, plumbing, coring, metal, stone and more. We worked with Holt Construction to complete the carpentry and millwork for the Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge at LaGuardia Airport. Finished in 2018, the elegant 7,000 SF lounge features a self-serve bar, business center, and comfortable seating with a view of the tarmac. Nicholson Corporation executed the carpentry & millwork for the reception desk, entrance, and dining areas, slot dividing wall, kitchen, and restrooms.

The adaptive reuse of the 100-year-old First National Bank at One Exchange Place included four additional new ļ¬oors for the hotel. When it comes to drywall, success begins with expert measuring and estimating to ensure materials are used eļ¬ciently.
