WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT HAMPTON RETAIL Hampton Street shopping strip is the largest in Bayside with 320 traders. The offering to the customer is enormous however there are different precincts within the strip itself.

The prime retail precinct centres around Safeway/ Woolworths and extends from Mills Street at the northern end to the Hampton railway station to the south. More particularly, the two shops we are selling are prominently positioned on the eastern side of the street on Hampton Hill within this prime retail precinct and is in close proximity to the Woolworths supermarket.

Mostly to the north of the prime retail precinct is the “destination retail” precinct where customers specifically search for the shop, more than pass by. This precinct also has the well regarded Hampton Primary School which provides an obvious customer base.
