Project 2: Granby Winter garden
Granby Winter garden is a public building created in 2019 by a group of architects who took two adjoining terrace houses and created a community-owned space, which can be used for workshops, events, artist residencies and social gatherings as well as a shared space for gardening. This winter garden is a fully liveable building wiht a kitchen, accessable bathroom and spare room whihc could be used as a bedroom. The gardens themselves were designed and planted by the gardener in residence Andrea Ku. I love this space as it brings the community together with its multifunctional rooms and public areas.
