We are the Distillery Restaurants Corp. Our venues are located in the Distillery Historic District, one of Canada's most exciting art and shopping destinations and home to some of the top-ranked restaurants in the City of Toronto (ours!). The DRC is committed to providing all employees with the training, tools and trust they need to hone their skills, master their respective craft, and achieve their goals.
