Lean Fundamentals: Driving Continuous Improvement

This is an introductory Lean session intended for leaders who are new to Lean or those wanting a refresher to basic continuous improvement concepts and tools. The session will focus on what Lean is, why it’s important, common types of work wastes, an introduction to 5S (a valuable tool to organize workspaces) and how to implement 5S as a leader.
