Introducing NHPBS!

In the coming weeks, you'll notice that we look a little different. We've changed our name and have a new logo. We're now New Hampshire PBS, and while our name may be different, we're still the same great place for quality programming that you depend on. You can find all your favorite programs on our five channels; NHPBS (formerly NHPTV Prime), NHPBS Explore, NH World, NH Create and NHPBS Kids.

Windows to the Wild: Birding with Ray

Embark with Willem on a journey into the wilds of Boston, observing the most eccentric creatures of all: bird watchers. Willem joins WGBH radio host Ray Brown in the Boston Public Garden, a popular spot for migrating birds in the middle of The Hub. Ray and his friends explain why you can bird anywhere, and why the birders themselves might be even stranger and more exotic than the animals they seek.

Call to Care NH

Ninety percent of Americans want to age at home, but many rely on their families and paid care workers to do so. Join us for an in-depth look at the challenges and opportunities of caring for an aging population. Call to Care NH will follow the documentary America Reframed: CARE, which explores the stories of care workers, their patients and patients families. The evening will provide a national and local perspective on caregiving; exposing the cracks in an increasingly strained system.

For almost 60 years, we've been committed to bringing you engaging programming that makes an impact far beyond the broadcast. Whether you're hiking through the wilderness with Windows to the Wild, sharing your story with Our Hometown, or learning more about local issues through a documentary like our upcoming Call to Care NH, NHPBS entertains, enriches and informs with quality programming you can trust. This month is no exception. Our schedule is packed with electrifying live performances, binge-worthy dramas, and a bumper crop of fascinating documentaries from favorites like Nature and NOVA. If you want to escape the ordinary and explore the extraordinary, there's never been a better time to watch NHPBS. Thank you for your support! Peter Frid NHPBS President & CEO
