Inspector Lewis Kevin Whately stars as Inspector Lewis, the former working-class foil to the erudite Detective Inspector Morse. Together with his partner Detective Sergeant Hathaway (Laurence Fox), Lewis tackles murder and mayhem in the seemingly-perfect academic
haven of Oxford. In a partnership forged through loyalty and mutual – though often grudging – respect, Robbie Lewis untangles lies and murky motives with his combination of instinct and experience; James Hathaway, with his wit as sharp as his reason, handles suspects and classical allusions with similar deft intellect. In the series' final season, the detectives contend with complex cases, new faces on the force, and old wounds from family ties. Lewis, recently out of retirement, has to prove himself to a new boss when the death of a young artist begins to look like murder and an unusual coincidence puts the duo back in action. But with the added pressure, will Lewis decide to truly end his policing career? And how will Hathaway deal with his estranged father?

Karl falls apart as the Truth Terrorist's change of direction becomes too much to bear, and the cost of catching their man weighs heavily on the team. These sons of loggers, shipyard workers and farmers overcame tremendous hardships – psychological, physical and economic – to beat Ivy League teams and Hitler’s elite German rowers, and offering inspiration to their supporters.

Meet Iris Apfel, the quick-witted, flamboyantly dressed 93-year-old style maven who’s had an outsized presence on the New York fashion scene for decades.
