Building Lifelong Relationships If you had to pick your favorite PBS show, what would it be? For Amanda Grappone from the Grappone Automotive Group, a kid’s show about an inquisitive little monkey strikes a chord. “CURIOUS GEORGE was a staple for many, many years,” said Amanda, who watched it when her three children were younger. “He’s my favorite monkey, hands down.” Now Amanda and her kids watch the latest NATURE programs together. High-quality, thought-provoking programs are what keep the Grappone family tuned in to New Hampshire PBS. “It [NHPBS] allows you to get out into the world and see what’s out there,” said Amanda. “The perspective seems genuine, it doesn’t seem engineered in any way.”

"The mission of Grappone Automotive is building lifelong relationships and I think New Hampshire PBS does this very well." What you may not know is that Amanda is a little more involved with New Hampshire PBS than most folks. This is her second year serving on the Board of Directors and her business, Grappone Automotive, supports the NHPBS Car Raffle. All around, it’s a natural fit. “The mission of Grappone Automotive is building lifelong relationships and I think New Hampshire PBS does this very well,” Amanda says. “They always have something relevant and cogent no matter what age group you are and no matter your interests.” Whether you find humor in a lovable little monkey, can’t wait for the next recipe from CIAO ITALIA or love to hike along with Willem Lange on WINDOWS TO THE WILD — we’re curious, what is your favorite PBS show?
