At Home in Berks is read by more than 15,000 Berks County business, home, and property owners; associated building trades, services and suppliers who purchase construction-related equipment and materials; and associated property-related goods and services.

Published bi-monthly, At Home in Berks is mailed to over 400 members of the HBA of Berks County, nearly 500 new home buyers; 150 medical practices; and distributed free at over 20 building supply and service providers throuighout Greater Reading.

EDITORIAL Editorial Focus At Home in Berks serves the home, business and community building needs of Greater Reading, Pennsylvania. It features issues and ideas relevant to the ethical, practical and necessary business of building homes, businesses, and structures within the community, while promoting fellowship and goodwill among its members. It promotes HBA members within our community, provides news and information about building projects and services within our community, delivers useful and practical ideas for construction, renovation and maintenance projects, offers building and maintenance services tips and tools for residential and business property owners, shares relevant national and regional commentary concerning the building industry, offers building trades management education content, and provides fellowship opportunities that impact our association and community.

Hoffmann Publishing can produce ads for advertisers when necessary, on a voluntary basis. Complimentary ad development will include production of one ad and/or one set of changes. Additional design changes will be billed at a minimum of $25 per change.

Publisher will invoice the agency or advertiser after the publication has been printed. Publisher will provide proof of insertion. Payment must be received within 30 days of invoice or finance charges of 1.5% will be incurred. In the event that it becomes necessary for the Publisher, at its option, to place this agreement in the hands of an attorney or collection agency for debt collection, the advertiser agrees to pay attorney fees and all costs incurred by the Publisher.

The advertiser or the agency will bear full responsibility for withholding advertising materials that may violate any law, regulation or ruling of the Federal Trade Commission or infringe on any copyright, trademark or patent and shall defend, identify and hold harmless the Publisher from all third party claims on account thereof. Publisher reserves the right to reject any advertisement, photograph or illustration that is not deemed to be acceptable in keeping with standards of the publication.
