Do you design the training to the needs of nurses and midwives? Yes, NHCC Uganda has successfully designed numerous tailor-made training solutions for both nurses and midwives. What are the benefits of CPD? CPD for nurses and midwives allows you to maintain professional credentials and develop your skills through short courses or on the job training. Are the CPD series free? Yes, at the moment, all CPD training is free for Nurses and Midwives. However from August 2023, there will be a small charge to each CPD training per individual who attends the CPD training. The fee from August will cover ● Cost of training ● Consultant’s preparation time ● Course material (soft-copy formats) ● Course certificate What language is the training in? Our CPD training is held in English. Proficiency in English is an essential requirement for attending the training programmes, and typically our delegates have studied English to at least an Upper Intermediate level. If you have any concerns regarding your level of English and / or your ability to follow the training programme, please contact us. We are not an English language school, but we work with partners who provide English language training and from time to time our delegates choose to study English at one of our partner organisations. At the moment, we are not able to arrange customised training programmes in other languages. What do I need for the training?
