Restorative Leadership in Action: Using Circle Practices to Build Connection, Collaboration, and Community

One of the greatest strengths of NHTLLA is the expertise and leadership of our Board of Directors. We are proud to recognize two Board members who recently presented at the New Hampshire Association of School Principals (NHASP) Leadership Academy, sharing their knowledge and practical experience with school leaders from across the state. Our Board members are more than volunteers—they are accomplished educators, instructional leaders, and advocates who are committed to improving teaching, learning, and leadership in New Hampshire schools. Their willingness to present at statewide conferences reflects the depth of talent represented on our Board and reinforces NHTLLA's mission of supporting educators through collaboration, professional learning, and leadership. The NHASP Leadership Academy provided an outstanding opportunity for school leaders to engage in meaningful conversations, explore innovative practices, and gain practical strategies to bring back to their schools. We are honored that members of the NHTLLA Board played an active role in making the conference a success by leading sessions that inspired discussion, encouraged reflection, and provided actionable ideas for participants. We extend our sincere congratulations and appreciation to our Board members, Delaney Rosenberg and Tim Vasconcellos, who served as presenters. Their leadership extends far beyond their own schools and districts, benefiting educators and students throughout New Hampshire. Thank you for representing NHTLLA with professionalism, passion, and excellence. Your commitment to sharing your expertise exemplifies the collaborative spirit that defines our organization. Together, we continue to strengthen educational leadership across our state—one conversation, one classroom, and one school at a time.
