Introduction BEMMS Co., Ltd (BEMMS) was incorporated on 23rd December 2013 in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam by a group of professionals and engineers from Malaysia, Singapore, India and Vietnam with engineering maintenance skills in the field of healthcare support services (HSS). The aim of the company is to provide innovative and cost-saving maintenance solutions to hospitals, medical centres and clinics. The core business of BEMMS is to provide facilities engineering maintenance services (FEMS), biomedical engineering maintenance services (BEMMS) and medical equipment supplies to healthcare institutions. In addition, the company also provides consultancy and training services in clinical engineering. In order to meet our clients need, BEMMS maintains a team of qualified technical personnel with vast industrial knowledge. BEMMS is staffed with persons who have been involved in the management of healthcare technologies for over a decade. The experience gained through a collective year of experience in the HSS has greatly contributed to knowledge pool and expertise and has helped BEMMS provides ‘structure’ to its services. To meet stringent quality standards of the domestic and international healthcare organizations requirement, BEMMS is committed to provide the best services and with the highest quality products at reasonable and affordable cost to its clients. Ho Xuan Thuy, Jenny Ho Mrs. Jenny Ho is the founder of BEMMS Co. Ltd. She has years of experiences and knowledges about the healthcare industry in Vietnam. Previously, she worked for NEWWAY Consulting Management Services Company Limited and there, she had the opportunities to work with many senior foreign experts and advisers from countries such as, Malaysia, Philippines and India that were offering biomedical equipment management services to hospitals/clinics in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Mrs. Jenny Ho aims to build BEMMS Co. Ltd. as a prestigious supplier of medical equipment and services in Vietnam, by supplying the latest advanced technologies to her clients and benchmarking her services against international healthcare standards.
Mr. Azman Hamid Mr. Azman Hamid is representing Next Level Technologies Sdn Bhd (NLT) as a member of BEMMS Co. Ltd. He is currently the Managing Director of Next Level Technologies Sdn. Bhd., Malaysia. NLT specializes in supplying hospital support services and solutions, especially technical services and biomedical equipment maintenance services (BEMS) to hospitals in Malaysia. He has over 25 years of experience in the field of healthcare. Before establishing NLT, he used to work for ABEX Medical System Sdn Bhd, specializing in Toshiba ultrasound, CT, MRI and X-ray equipment. He also worked with VAMED engineering (M) Sdn Bhd, SPP Medical Technologies Sdn Bhd and Healthtronics (M) Sdn Bhd specializing in supply of BEMS to large governmental hospitals in Malaysia. Mr. Azman holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Master Degree in Technology Management. He is also a part-time lecturer and guest speaker in Malaysian universities, as well as international conferences for clinical engineering.
Mr. Kelvin Swee Mr. Kelvin Swee holds a Bachelor Degree and Master Degree in Science. He has 6 years of experience in the R&D industry, working for reputable local institutions in Malaysia. At present, he holds the position of sales manager in Next Level Technologies Sdn. Bhd, Malaysia. Besides that, he was entrusted by NLT to assists BEMMS to develop its business market in Vietnam. He is instrumental in bringing new products into the company and strategies market development of the company. He participated in the company’s business and marketing strategies, monitored performance and set KPI objectives for the company.
Mr. Amir Hamzah Mr. Amir Hamzah is the operation manager of Next Level Technologies Sdn. Bhd. (NLT) and the technical adviser for BEMMS Co., Ltd. He has more than 15 years of experiences in the healthcare industry, specifically in biomedical engineering. Before joining NLT, he used to work for Magna Healthcare Sdn Bhd, Healthtronics (M) Sdn Bhd and Malaysian Healthcare Sdn Bhd. He also has experience working with “Prince Court Medical Centre, Malaysia” – one of the most prestigious medical centers in Malaysia. He is currently seconded to BEMMS to develop its technical team capabilities and to support the daily operation in Vietnam.
Mr. Wu Qin Zhong Mr. Wu Qin Zhong is the founder and the CEO of Guangdong DeXin Medical Technology Co. Ltd. (GDDX) in Guangdong, China. His company is one of the largest suppliers of biomedical equipment maintenance services (BEMS) in Guangdong, China. GDDX has supplied both comprehensive and non-comprehensive BEMS to many hospitals in China. It has a group of competent technicians capable of servicing X-ray equipment such as MRI, CT, digital X-ray, mammogram and other X-ray systems. In addition, his company also cooperated with Guangdong Zhujiang Vocational College to produce more future biomedical technical personnel for the healthcare industry.

1. TRIONARA Established in 2010 in Gothenburg (Sweden), Trionara Technologies AB has specialised in medical machines operating as diagnosis, monitoring, caring systems with the “VITUS” model. In long term, they expect to supply more advance medical products under their own creditable brand names. In March 2013, Trionara Technologies AB proudly obtained the “CE Mark” certificate for its patient monitoring systems.
