New item descriptions for Drum Motors
Dear valued customer,
We would like to inform you about an update to the item descriptions for our Drum Motors that will be supporting the release of new products.
Also, as part of our continuous efforts to improve clarity, consistency, and transparency across our product portfolio, we are updating the way NGI Drum Motor item descriptions are presented in our documentation and commercial materials.
What is changing
The textual item descriptions for our Drum Motors will be updated to better reflect product structure, options, and standardization across our range. This will be implemented on all existing items also - existing item numbers remain unchanged.
What is not changing
Please note that this update is limited strictly to item descriptions only. There are no changes to:
• Product design or construction
• Technical specifications or performance
• Quality, materials, or manufacturing processes
• Compliance, approvals, or certifications
Unless explicitly communicated otherwise, existing item numbers remain unchanged.
Impact on your processes
You may notice the updated item descriptions in future commercial and logistical documents. From a functional and technical perspective, the products remain identical.
If you reference item numbers in your ERP or purchasing systems, no action is required.
